For the air show enthusiast, we are located within 5 miles from the March Air Force Base and Museum. We are an hour east of Los Angeles and west of the lazy getaway to Palm Springs and north of San Diego. Moreno Valley is blessed with a temperate climate perfect for play, average high is 76 degrees and the average low is 49 degrees. Moreno Valley offer's two golf courses, 200 acres of parkland, 56 miles of multi-use trails for biking, walking and horse back riding. Near by there's an 8,000-acre Lake Perris State Recreational Area, a paradise for boating, fishing and camping. University of Riverside is located within five miles.

    It has been several years since my stay - I called and logged a complaint soon following my stay but it was left with no followup from Hilton. That said, in my experience, this place is a Super 8 with the name Hilton slapped on it. For background, I travel frequently and am a Hilton Diamond member. I was staying here long-term for government work. This place had a homeless guy sleeping in a stairwell next to my room. I told the front desk and they did nothing. Then, several days later, a noise complaint came about my area of the hotel (it was not me) and the front desk blamed ME - not the homeless guy - leading to me leaving the hotel and getting in trouble with my supervisor when the hotel called him. Their fire alarms went off 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night leading to the entire place being evacuated. This hotel also had about 30 foreign guys staying - they would just hang out in the laundry room unnecessarily, leaving trash and crowding it when you went to do laundry. They would also do either stretches or prayer in the middle of the lobby and conference room. They made the place crowded, dirty, and did not seem accommodating to the people they were inconveniencing in the common areas. All together, I was left to handle their mistakes, not compensated in any way (not even an apology), and I just can’t say I’d recommend anything about this property. EDIT: I have been informed by Hilton that the hotel is under new management - I can’t speak to the quality of the location under new leadership, I can only hope that this review helps to avoid similar treatment of clients in the future.

    Definitely one of nicer hotels in Moreno Valley. The staff are very professional and helpful. The facility is clean and breakfast is great.
