I will no longer be staying at any Best Western Hotel despite my being a Rewards member. This hotel lacked cleanliness, room 135 stank of urine despite keeping the windows open. The mattress was far too hard preventing a good night's rest. We requested a room change but in room 219 not a single light would work.
On our 1st night, we had to call the police at 1:10am due to people drinking, making very loud noise & engaging in unethical behaviors right in front of our ground floor room. I tried to call the front desk directly but alas, the room phone did not work.
The only saving grace was the young girl at the front desk on the evening shift. She was very kind & tried to accommodate us.

Worst hotel ever!!! We did check in 2/27/26 around 10:30pm, we entered the room 106 but when we were about to go to sleep I noticed that the pillowcase were dirty and the sheets as well so we did the complaint and the person at front desk moved us to room 206 however the problem was bigger because they were working in the room above us. We couldn’t sleep its was to much noise, we been calling the front desk since 12:00am till 2:00am but unfortunately no one answered the phone so my husband went to the front desk and explained the situation. How the hotel is going to be remodeling their rooms at night when people try to sleep, this is the worst experience I ever had.

I stayed here 5 nights and was in a position that I couldn't leave or else I would have. I had multiple issues with my rooms cleanliness and a lack of supplies. My first negative experience was in the bath where I actually took one. It was something I would normally never do, but I was filthy and achy from a long day of work. I sprayed the walls and ran water for a few minutes before I locked the drain plug and got in a minute later. I found a disgusting ring of black hair that had floated up and attached to my thigh. I immediately stood up to get out of the water and wash my body just to find all 3 bottles of soaps completely empty. I had to go and find a bar out of my luggage.
There were many other issues that I dealt with that I won't dwell on but needless to say... I don't recommend this place.

DEPOSIT POACHERS! THIS HOTEL MADE FALSE ACCUSATIONS & TOOK PARTS OF OUR DEPOSIT! BEST WESTERN HAS BROKEN OUR TRUST AND LOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
My best friend and I were sporadic, yet loyal customers at the Moreno Valley Best Western for the past two or three years. Other than the weirdness of the $100 credit card deposit costing more than the value of the room for a night, this hotel seemed quite nice in terms of staff and the generous breakfast.
In the last two or three months, there seemed to be some change of hotel personnel, and as a result, we have had a deteriorated customer service experience. It first started when my best friend was charged a $25 fee on his credit card, taken out of his deposit. My friend was so infuriated, he could not remain composed. I called the front desk on my friend's behalf, and the middle eastern looking guy at the front desk informed us that we had "stolen an iron" from the room. I instantly disputed this claim, and this $25 fee was removed a few days later.
This false accusation put us on edge for the next reservation a few weeks later. We were battling with the comfort and familiarity of this hotel in juxtaposition with the recent distress of battling with management from unjustified charges; we even bothered to film the hotel room, as if we were collecting evidence for an apartment deposit upon move-in.
And then we got bitten again... TWICE. Best Western came back with another charge of $30, and this time the hotel management didn't even have the gall to answer our numerous phone calls and directed us to corporate, who gave us a ticket number for a claim.
Whatever is happening with this Best Western, OUR TRUST IS BROKEN WITH THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, and I would not be surprised if they poached a part of other people's deposit... with false accusation or without explanation.

We arrived with no reservation on Friday upon check in the receptionist kinda seemed unsure about everything. I asked if she had rooms and she had to double check then I asked if she took cash and she said no then came back and said yes then I asked if she took pets again was told no but then said yes. Then I was given a room key and sent to someone else’s room. She handed me keys for 247 instead of 347. Idk abt California but had that been in Arizona I may have been shot. Then upon check out I went to get my cash deposit and was told they didn’t know I had a pet when I paid an extra $25 pet fee. Overall experience was rancid. (Revised to add he extra kick in the stomach)
Once we got up to our room I came back down and asked for bedding for the pull out sofa. The owner was acting as if I didn’t have a room there and kept asking me my room number. The receptionist had to convince him I was a guest. Then he came out with one sheet and nothing else and when I said is that it he said yes no more go.
