    Ya get what you pay for. PRO: room was clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff spoke limited English however was very helpful and friendly. We had interior courtyard room so freeway noise was not noticeable. If I had been spending a night on one of my motorcycle trips with the guys, it was serviceable. Fortunately I have an understanding wife and she didn’t complain but it was beneath what we expected or normally stay. Con: first room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke with spray to unsuccessfully mask it. Second try room Very musty. Air conditioner rattled noisily. Very spartan decor. Tub/shower rusting through the porcelain and had someone’s hair in the drain. Bath drain broken however I was able to make it drain. My bad, double not queen beds, I should have gotten a king . Hotel is old and being remodeled. Overall we have no intention to stay in this facility again. We have not been in bed yet to test mattresses.

    At 1030pm several monkeys started to stomp on the ground in the room above me. At 1045 I rang the night manager who was able to get them to stop for 20 minutes. Midnight, same. Not kidding, like someone was jumping off the bed and pacing back and forth. Went to front desk asked for top floor room transfer, unsuccessful. 30 minutes of quiet later and the monkey people were back at it. Called manager and I belive he physically visited them, it stopped enough time to fall asleep and wake up at 7a to the same monkey circus. Check your reviews and ratings before traveling. The night is dark... and full of trash.

    During my stay from 11/23 to 11/28, I experienced multiple issues that made this visit extremely disappointing. On 11/23, the Netflix app on the TV worked, and I was able to log in and watch movies. However, on 11/24 and 11/25, I didn’t require housekeeping because I was working in the room—although working was difficult due to the poor internet connection. During this time, the Netflix app also stopped working, and I was no longer able to log in. On the night of 11/25, I called the front desk to report the issue. I was told my room number would be passed along to maintenance the next day. On 11/26, I left the room around noon without placing the Do Not Disturb sign on my door, expecting the room to be cleaned while I was out. Unfortunately, when I returned after 9 PM, Netflix still wasn’t working, and my room had not been serviced at all. I had no clean towels, no body wash, full trash bins, and the room was still in the same condition as the previous day. I went to the front desk that night, and the staff member said he would notify the manager, who would be in the following morning. I then had to gather my old towels to exchange them and pick up small bottles of body wash—again, with the room left dirty. It’s also important to mention that my two young grandchildren stayed with me for three days. One is in diapers, so the room had an odor from used diapers in the trash. My granddaughter spilled chips earlier in the stay; while I cleaned up the main mess, there were crumbs on the floor that housekeeping should have addressed. Yet, the room was never cleaned at any point. On 11/27 (Thanksgiving Day), I stopped by the front desk around 11:30 AM before leaving to visit family. I explained the ongoing issues to the two employees there, who apologized and assured me that housekeeping would take care of the room right away. When I returned after 8 PM, nothing had been done. The room was still dirty, towels unchanged, trash full, and Netflix still unusable. To make matters even worse, the microwave in the room did not work. I attempted to heat my leftovers for 5 minutes, and the food remained cold. I tried again for 10 minutes—still completely cold—and the turntable inside the microwave didn’t spin at all. Having basic amenities fail on top of everything else was extremely frustrating. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I will not be staying at a Best Western again. The lack of housekeeping, unresolved maintenance issues, poor internet, broken appliances, and extremely low-quality breakfast made this stay unacceptable. Best Western has officially lost my business.

    Best to say I was disappointed with my time at this hotel. I booked this hotel for a girls trip to escape Halloween, in which we had fun, but when it came to our stay it was BAD. We get to check in and the guy there was just nasty with his attitude, we called the hotel with a month in advance that we would have a late check in, and called again the day we were gonna check in and when we arrived the guys didn’t even greet us he was just like “what do yall want” attitude, he charged us a deposit that we weren’t aware of and hasn’t been refunded. When go inside our room and it wasn’t even ready, there was no blankets and we had to go ask the front desk guy and just gave us a nasty attitude. The beds are hard as hell as well. When we went to go check out the lady was also just as nasty the only time we received a smile during our stay was during breakfast with the cooking lady. This might not be the treatment for every best western but I’m for sure never be staying at this one.
