  I liked the rooms for the most part, very spacious and good quality beds. The only things I didnt like was there is only one ice machine for this whole big hotel and there were things needing repair as well as low water pressure in one of the rooms I stayed in. Oh yeah and the freeway sound is super loud.

  Had to wait two hours after regular check in to have room cleaned and ready . They first had said it would only take 30 min and we called to ask if it was ready and if there was any accommodations or if the were able to finish faster and they just said no straight up not even trying to hurry the cleaning process and ended up waiting like I stated two hours to check in . Made us very late to our plans :/. Staff up front was not very friendly and was rude kept taking to the other receptionist about personal topics and were waiting till they were finished talking to get the process started to check in

  Having to get a room for the night to get some rest was all excited till arriving in the room laying down tv on relaxing to only start hearing screaming cursing doors slam throughout the night. Was very uncomfortable comfortable worring if it was gonna be a fight breaking out . Had to sleep with the tv on all night to not listen to the ruckus next door room 202. . All I can say is never let them place u far away from the hotel that where the problem is . Left b4 check out n breakfast being served.

  Maintenance man kept spying on me in the shower, front desk personnel were repeating things I only said in the room. You ever wondered how the staff knows you had company or if you were smoking in the room, etc. That's because of hidden surveillance. The surveillance is live! You think you are showering in private, nope. Better Google, Screw spy cameras and smoke alarm camera, plus the thing in the ceiling that is used when there is a fire, water supposed to come out, yes they have spy cameras also. Google cameras for showerhead and you will see. Stay safe

  Everything went well during my stay. Friendly and helpful staff, nice calm area close to a lot of stores in moreno valley, yummy food for my tummy included with the room, and a comfortable affordable room to sleep in. My only complaint was that the towels had hairs (im assuming its from when they washed them, i get it) but other than that everything else was good. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel for anyone looking for these things from a hotel room.
