    I didn’t had a good stay in this location. The shower in the room I reserved didn’t had pressure, so I requested to a change, but the service desk was hesitant and sent someone to verify (that couldn’t fix it) before accepting to change it. The new room was exactly the same, and the hotel has a compatible structure for its price. A family member left a sleeping machine in the room, so we communicated the hotel in the same day of the checkout - the staff haven’t located it (this was the only place it was used), and unfortunately they were not helpful or responsive im trying to solve this issue. I don’t recommend for anyone to stay there.

    My friend and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Monterey for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The concierge staff were very accommodating and helped us with a few minor issues during our stay. I especially want to highlight the breakfast team the cook, Arturo, and our server, Jose. They were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our mornings enjoyable. Originally the Hilton did not offer GF bread however the following morning they surprised us with fresh GF bread to enjoy with our breakfast. They even prepared freshly made meals tailored to our needs each day. Arturo and Jose also shared some great local recommendations that made our two week trip in America even more memorable. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel especially for the outstanding hospitality from the breakfast team!

    Everything was great including the bed and room. Hot tub was too cool, and the breakfast was not complimentary. Otherwise, it is a very nice place to visit.
