- UDUmes DDec 9, 20251.0After a long night at my son’s game we checked in for one night exhausted and just needing sleep. We got our room at 8pm finally fell asleep around 10 PM. But around 12 AM the nightmare started.Across from our room full grown adults were slamming doors screaming laughing loudly using vulgar language and acting like they could not handle their liquor at all. It was nonstop chaos. With added Next door adults moaning sounds all night long we fell like we are sleeping in a brothel and in a night club. I went downstairs to complain at 2 am asking for quiet room. The front desk lady’s solution was earplugs and simple apology. And here is what makes it even worse. We were not the only guests complaining. Other families were complaining too. So clearly this was not just us. Any competent hotel would have kicked those obnoxious people out immediately. But they were allowed to stay and continue shitting on everyone’s night. My entire family could not sleep especially my daughter who woke up with a migraine the next morning. Zero out of ten stars. Absolute horrible experience with this IHG.
