I called the front desk a little after 9pm, trying to prepare for the early morning showers (2 daughters had just taken showers after a day long of softball) I requested 2 towels be brought to our rooms. I was told they don't do that, if I wanted towels I would have to take my dirty towels down to the front desk and exchange them! May not seem like a big deal but the last thing I wanna do at the end of the day is walk around a hotel with dirty towels in my arms. I asked her if she was serious and she said yes, I said no thank you and hung up. I am very disappointed as this has never happen at any hotel I have stayed at. If I'm paying over 200 bucks for one in the room, sending up 2 towels should not be a big deal. 3 stars for the room as many outlets did not work.
