Me and my fiancée got a room, queen bed on high floor, for a great price last minute on New Year’s Eve. I found the room to be very nice for the price, loved the shower and bathroom. Much better than some of the photos found online. The room had a “welcome letter” detailing the amenities available and how to access them. The TV flashed “Welcome, Kayla” as I entered the room, which I thought was a nice touch.
Parking $12 per day.
Breakfast: $18 per adult if you don’t buy it beforehand with the room for an additional $11
*you can charge both to the room*

During my stay, I experienced several issues that affected the overall quality of service. The restroom was not properly maintained—while showering, I noticed water leaking onto the bathroom floor.
When I attempted to contact housekeeping to report the issue and clean the bathroom , no one answered and the call went to voicemail.
Additionally, despite being charged $17 per day for valet parking, it took several minutes to locate the valet attendant upon arrival, as they were not at the service area.
These issues should be addressed to meet basic service and maintenance standards.

The staff were nice enough. But the location felt very unsafe. It is also very close to train tracks so you hear trains going by throughout the night. Lots of sirens from ambulances and the police.
The room was clean enough but everything felt very old and worn down. The shower spurted brown water when we first turned it on. Lastly, the small things matter when staying at a hotel. For example coffee. They don't offer free coffee but instead you pay $4 for a machine to make a gross, overly processed cup. They have a small to medium parking lot but they have chained it off so it is only valet. If you want to park you have to park across the street in a paid parking garage.
