    Plus sides: I called the hotel a couple of times and everyone was helpful. The highlight of our stay was Kym. We arrived after all day of flights and driving and we arrived late at night. Kym was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Breakfast was convenient and a treat. This best western was a good location as we visited family in the area. Its close to the mall, coffee shops and restaurants. Bed were comfortable and showers were nice and hot. Grounds were dated but quaint, cared for. House keeping staff were friendly and efficient. Quiet at night though I had some trouble with the a/c heater. Less plus sides: We were in a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes, I saw other guests smoking openly in their room with the door open. Hot tub was cold. Overall this hotel met our needs and I would recommend it. If you are looking for a little more upscale there's a newer hotel next door, or more downscale there's a motel across the street. Best western was a nice middle ground.

    the service that I got to help me look for booking in Modesto was great after a long drive from San Jose I got to the hotel needed to use the restroom and the lady at the counter was very rude . my mother who is 92 needed insulin she did not allow me to use the restroom and actually ran in front of me and locked the door

    This doesn't enforce any kind of parking rules.. for everybody just parks stupid takes up multiple spaces and when you show up at night you can't find a good parking spot and because multiple cars are taking up multiple spaces.. they really need to enforce some rules here
