Hot tub jets didn’t work and I think it was strictly sun heated. Advertised breakfast. No breakfast. Expedia should do a better job of assuring what they post is actually what’s there.
- ADAria DealAug 23, 20251.0By far the worst customer service, I walked in and didn’t even greeted, And was just side eyed and made to feel someone uncomfortable by the front desk worker KIM, I’ve stayed at over 20 different best westerns and am a diamond select member never once have I ever Been made to feel uncomfortable like she made me feel, I am transgender and I feel like it has a lot to do with discrimination ! I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!!
