- JSJean ShawNov 3, 20251.0On October 15 and 16, our room had a plug in the shower and leaked all over the bathroom floor. The shower could not be used. We were told that she could not switch rooms because they didn't have another room available and it could not be repaired that night. The following day, we were moved to another room. We had to pack up our things and move. After discussion and some obsurd justifications on why we should still have to pay full price for the room with a non-working showers, Gabe (who professed to be the operations manager on temporary assignment from a Disneyland location) promised that an extra 30,000 points would be added to my account #1139405060 within 24 hours. He said no reduction in the room rate was possible. I have called and emailed and have still not received a response. I still have not received those points.
