Be aware that the door is locked 24 / 7 because apparently there are vagrant people stealing keys for free breakfast very often. If you are a registered, overnight guest sitting in the lobby with their book bag having coffee getting up to leave to get something in their car and then come back in… Using their key… it will level suspicion so strong that a manager will come ask you for your ID. They won’t be wearing a name tag or introduce themselves because they’ve been untrained in hotel industry standards, but fear not they will ferret out anyone who somehow got a key to come in and out. I’ve never felt so harassed and unwelcome in 30 years of traveling. I did what I do in every hotel I stay in. I let my wife sleep in. I get up, clean up, grab my book bag and go to the lobby. If that looked so offensive to the breakfast staff then they should be in a different industry altogether. I asked for a refund and a voucher for future stays and I can’t believe I have wait for this refund. It should’ve been issued immediately - with a formal apology, but Management has chosen to delay their reaction and thus I’m writing this up. Stay clear from this dump of a hotel. I didn’t forget my room key , I had to fumble in my pocket for it because your hotel was locked down at 8 o’clock in the morning. This made it appear like I needed help. But I didn’t because I’m a registered guest. Your staff were unprofessional and aren’t saying the truth. The staff accused me of having a stolen key! Poor hotel management.

On October 15 and 16, our room had a plug in the shower and leaked all over the bathroom floor. The shower could not be used. We were told that she could not switch rooms because they didn't have another room available and it could not be repaired that night. The following day, we were moved to another room. We had to pack up our things and move. After discussion and some obsurd justifications on why we should still have to pay full price for the room with a non-working showers, Gabe (who professed to be the operations manager on temporary assignment from a Disneyland location) promised that an extra 30,000 points would be added to my account #1139405060 within 24 hours. He said no reduction in the room rate was possible. I have called and emailed and have still not received a response. I still have not received those points.

Sanchez was a rude front desk person. Instead of helping out he make things worst. I am a Hilton diamond member but from today’s experience I will switch to different hotel chain.
