After many hours of calling and being sent back and forth between booking.com & Holliday Inn mill valley customer service... I ultimately was told I was to blame for the issue and nothing could be done to refund my $200+ one night stay because I "should have brought it up sooner" when I absolutely did. I will never book through booking.com or stay at mill valley holiday inn again and I will make sure to tell my friends and family as well.
