I parked in the area outlined on the map and woke up to my car under water. I asked the front desk staff if they could help with documents or anything at all, they scoffed at me and gave me the mangers card. I’ve emailed and called multiple times with no response back. The location and rooms are fine but don’t expect good customer service.
