- TMTatyana Mamea1 day ago5.0I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Riviera in Palo Alto. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. I really appreciated how smooth everything went from start to finish. The location was also a big plus—convenient and close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

The beds were worse than army barracks, very thin hard mattress on metal bed frame with no bed skirt. Thin blankets. Heater was in the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. The bathroom was very old and not updated at all. The front desk receptionist was not friendly. The elevator was probably from the early 1900’s. We were concerned if we would be stuck in it. Stairway was not convenient. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
