Rooms were clean and maintained everyday. Location is beautiful surrounded by greenery. Service was good, they refilled the break fast promptly which was nice & filling with all the usuals.

We stayed here when visiting the Redwood parks. Conveniently located to the airport and the parks, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel amenities like breakfast, the coffee area, and gym were great as well. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Express! Friendly, helpful staff and a spotless,comfprtable room, awesome job housekeeping! The continental breakfast was out of this world delicious—way above average. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel did not honor reservation. Arrived at airport and called front desk for shuttle. Was told it was on way. After 20min, I paid for a cab. Arrived at hotel to then be told my room was given away/overbooked due to a large group before me. They drove me in shuttle 20min away to another Holiday Inn location. I had to be back at the airport the following morning and this new location does not have an airport shuttle. Now being told to pay for an expensive cab to return to airport. Never again using IHG.
