Clean hotel, friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Very good breakfast with hot choices and cinnamon rolls! Good spot for seeing various redwood parks.

Usually I would go on about the location, amenities, food, etc. but most of these hotels are very similar so ill spare that and focus on what stood out to me. The reason I love choosing Holiday Inn Express is the consistency of what they offer. For the most part at worse my experience was ok overall. This location however had the BEST customer experience I've ever experienced!!! EVERYONE from our first day to our last, from day to night shift was excellent. Extra thanks to O'brion for awesome service, going above and beyond. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but my wife and I are greatful to the staff for tending to us, everyone we encountered was consistently giving great service. Keep up the good work guys! P.s. if there was a 6th star this would be the first time I gave it for service 👍🏾👍🏾

Everything is nice. The only thing that is unpleasant is the very strong air freshener/scent walking down the hallway. It’s very overwhelming and it made my migraine become worse from the smell. Also one of the nights there was a strong odor of weed coming through the vent and it woke me up. The smell is very unpleasant.
