  We chose this location as close to office. Parking is a challenge inches lot as construction happening. Best to go to second level. Room does not have enough hooks or rails to hang towels. King room beside elevators was surprisingly quiet. Check in was smooth. Breakfast buffet was typical would prefer some more healthy protein and sugar free yogurt options. Convenience was why 4 for location.

  They tried to Costco stuff charge us twice for the stay and the first supper we had there. I got food poisoning and was in bed the following day the view wasn’t very great and there wasn’t room service. The pool in the Hot Tub were nice though.

  Arrived tonight August 9. This place is absolutely disgusting. First impressions homeless people in the parkade urinating on the picnic table. We get to our first room 712 and the room is filthy and smells like marijuana. Get to our new room 1111 and it's absolutely gross hair in the sink hair on the bed. I'm too tired to be mucking around but next time I'll just sleep in my car.

  We stay here everytime we travel to Winnipeg. You can’t be how it’s so close to everything. 10 min to polo park. 10 min to Costco / Ikea. 10 min downtown. Staff are (mostly) friendly with the exception of one guy who works overnight who could use a lesson in how to talk with people. The shorter guy, not the tall one with the beard… that guy is great. Otherwise the staff are fantastic. Parking on the other hand needs a lot of work. Only so many spots available for trucks, and it’s always full of cars who don’t want to use the parkade. That needs to be monitored and those people need to be ticketed.

Over the years, I have worked with Sandra, then Janelle, and now Daniil, and I cannot say enough positive things about the service I have received. For the past 20 years, I have been booking accommodations for my sports teams at the Holiday Inn on Pembina. Throughout that time, the level of service has remained consistently outstanding. I am continually impressed by the team's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring every stay is a success. Our teams travel approximately seven hours from Thompson, Manitoba, and when we arrive, everything is always perfectly organized. Check-in is seamless, all arrangements are in place, and the staff go above and beyond to make our athletes feel welcome and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is especially appreciated by our athletes, many of whom are on strict budgets. It is a thoughtful amenity that makes a significant difference for our teams. The Guest Services Managers and their entire team consistently exceed expectations. Their dedication, organization, and customer service are truly exceptional, and I am continually amazed by how well they do their jobs. I have already booked our 2026–2027 season and look forward to our next stay. In addition to team bookings, I also choose the Holiday Inn on Pembina for my personal travel. The service is always just as exceptional, and my family thoroughly enjoys every visit. Thank you for two decades of outstanding hospitality.
