- ESElizaveta ShliapinaOct 7, 20261.0This hotel was a complete disappointment. Honestly, calling it a hotel feels generous—it felt more like a motel. The first room I was given was absolutely unacceptable. There were dirty spots all over the carpet, and the bathroom was disgusting. I immediately contacted the front desk and asked to be moved because the room was simply not clean enough to stay in. I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, the heater didn’t work. Since I was only staying overnight, I decided to make the best of it and ended up sleeping with two blankets. If the hotel is in the middle of a major renovation, they should seriously consider closing until the work is completed. Charging this much for a room in these conditions is not reasonable. You can find much nicer hotels near the airport for the same, or even less, money. Definitely not an experience I would recommend.

I’ve never heard a more irritating noise when you are trying to sleep. Stayed in this hotel 19 years ago when it was in it’s prime. Was very disappointed in our stay this time.
