  What an awesome staff and a great hotel. We had just drove 14 hours and when we arrived the staff made us so welcome and was so helpful. Explaining the parking, she stepped out from behind the counter to point out the directions and provide all the helpful details needed. The room was fabulous and so comfortable. (Feather pillows are great). Our only issue was the internet was slow and was not able to do much with it. Definitely will be coming back.

  The rooms are beautiful. Great views. But only one elevator worked, and someone kept pressing every button, So its stopped at every floor. Was so annoying. Had to wait about 7 mins just to get in and stop at each floor. Until the last working elevator broke and we had to walk up 10 flights of stairs, wet from the pool. The area is trash. It's super close to Canada life event centre , so if your coming for a concert or game, uts a prime location but just a dirty part of downtown.

  It is a party off the reserve here unreal screaming and banging around all night. Blinds don't work in room and some free TV that has nothing to watch . Do not stay here . Security is at a abundance here due to how crazy it can get . Pls stay elsewhere.

  My experience was awesome. I also appreciate that this hotel was helping our relatives during natural disasters on their lands. Staff and management at this Holiday Inn are friendly, courteous and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was everything I expected. In fact, the staff went above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness. Room 1114 May 6 to 9th. Blessings to all.
