  Pros: Nice room and bathroom, and free parking is available. Cons: There were multiple signs implying that the Impark parking garage was for Holiday Inn guests, but we later found out it was not complimentary. When we approached the front desk, we were told we would either have to pay for the garage or move our vehicle to the complimentary parking lot. Unfortunately, we did not feel very safe in the parking areas or surrounding area. There was no visible security, and there were several homeless people near the entrance. On top of that, when I went to close the blinds in our room, they completely fell off. I called the front desk for help, but the receptionist said she didn’t know what to do, so we had to sleep without curtains for the night. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. There were too many issues with parking, safety, and the condition of the room that made our stay very uncomfortable.

  I had a wonderful stay at your hotel on August 1st 2026 and was very impressed by the excellent service and hospitality throughout my visit. A special thank you to Saranya, the waiter, who provided outstanding service and was always friendly, attentive, and professional she really helped make my dining experience enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Thaweesha at the daytime front desk for his excellent customer service. He was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Finally, a big thank you to Shyura, the night front desk staff member, for the great service and warm hospitality during the evening. It was reassuring to have such a helpful and professional person available at night. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and the excellent service from Saranya, Thaweesha , and Shyura made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

  We had 3 nights for a conference at U of Winnipeg. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. The beds were comfy and breakfast was carefully prepared. We want to come back.

  Les chambres et l'emplacement proche de l'université c'est parfait. Mais alors la fréquentation dans et en dehors de l'hôtel.... catastrophique !!! Drogue, alcool etc... juste pas possible avec des enfants. Anecdote : une femme est passé devant nous avec un immense bout de verre dans la main et le visage ensanglanté.

  I was placed here due to a fire in the apartment building I live in so it was a free week here, but..... Do not stay at the hotel, find somewhere else to stay. We were three steps into our room when we put our slippers on and never took them off. As you can hear in the video, the whole floor of the entire room is sticky, from the door to the window. I really wish I looked under all of the bedding when we got here. The pee and blood stained mattress was absolutely nasty. After seeing that and looking under the mattress of the hide a bed for my son and the amount of food and garbage both in and under the couch was gross. The amount of hair, food particles and what look and smell like cigarette ashes all over the floor is disgusting. After going to the main desk and asking to speak with someone to show them the room, I was talked to by the girl at the desk like my son and I are the ones that did it because we didn't ask for turn down service. If they checked the room properly after every guest leaves, it wouldn't have been there to behind with. They give these room a spit shine and nothing more. Find somewhere else to spend your time and money.
