  I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while in the city for work training. The newly updated room was beautiful and well kept. The hotel staff were friendly and were able to answer any questions I had quickly and efficiently. I would definitely stay here again when I need to stay in the city. They were doing construction on the parking lot the time I was there but was given warning that I wouldn't be able to utilize the underground parking. The only thing would be that there were signs letting guests know it was starting and the end date but it wasn't done by that date or by the time I had checked out. There was still parking out front available but it felt crowded and hectic to get a spot.

  Been a week and still have not released my deposit on the room and we left it near spotless and undamaged, I work with credit cards, its very easy to release a hold. Won't be staying their again or advising anyone else too, they keep your deposit for nearly 2 weeks or more.

  Our family and another family from out of town booked this hotel and went to the zoo with friends from the city. We wanted to visit at the pool are with our friends (2 parents and a 2 year old). They were instructed to leave the pool area as they weren't guest. It was extremely disappointing and no where when booking was this listed. If you want ridiculous rules, this is your hotel. Strongly recommend not booking this hotel.

  Stayed here for four nights recently and it was great! My daughter loved the pool and play area! The gym was good my wife and I used it twice and wasn’t ever busy. We had to ask for a few small things, extra blankets etc and they brought it up to our room within 15minutes if that! I would most definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again myself!

  Horrible service, my room flooded with water at 3am in the morning and I awoke to a room full of water soaking all my belongings. When I spoke to the guest services manager in the morning she was no help at all and not empathetic. She assured me they would look into compensation after I had left and offered a half assed apology. Absolute bullshit. According to their standards if your room only floods 1 out of 4 nights then they did a good job. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
