  They have bed bugs on their premier floor. Spend $500 plus a night to bring bed bugs home with you, bathrooms are messy. Front desk checked me into a room where someone was staying. I expected more from a "premier" location but with the demographic they serve and their service etiquette its more like a "best western budget". Will never spend a dime here again nor will I recommend anyone to this place. Bed bugs and lice

  Absolutely amazing! I am celiac and the staff in the morning are great with cleaning and having my stuff separate. ANGEL made my experience so much better! Thank you so much for helping me and being so considerate. Great food and great staff!

  We travelled across Canada and heading west found ourselves at this Best Western. Our first stay was excellent. The room was quiet and clean. The staff were helpful the restaurant was outstanding (the waitress Kaylyn was wonderful). We vowed to change our trip back east and stay again. The stay on the way back was a perfect example of little things leading to big things going wrong. The two that stood out were the restaurant (same wonderful waitress) however the cook refused to allow a BLT to be had. I actually had to order a chicken club and hold the chicken and ham and cheese and just get the Bacon, Lettuce and tomato. The extra mayo sort of ruined the whole $23 BLT. I think the cook was upset. Later in the night in the room above us a child (?) was jumping about. We called down at 1 am and the running and jumping stopped...for an hour, then we were awakened every hour or so with jumping and running. IF we were to ever stay here again it would only be on the top floor and would eat elsewhere. It was the worst night of our trip.

  I cant begin to say enough about this wonderful hotel! Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great quality food for breakfast plus a great in house restaurant for other meals, and a perfect location for us! As someone who has traveled a lot over the last 20 years, I cant express enough gratitude to ALL of your staff! Whatever you pay them, it's worth infinitely more ❤️
