  Our family ended up staying here unexpectedly, just passing through Winnipeg and were very pleasantly surprised. Our room, the pool, hot-tub and gym were all wonderful! They have an adults only swim time at the pool which we really enjoyed- 10-11pm. Our beds were very comfortable, room and entire hotel was very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The breakfast was our favourite part- there was a chef making fresh omelettes and they were delicious. She was very kind and took every extra precaution to assure our family members with Celiac Disease had a delicious gluten free breakfast. If ever in Winnipeg we will be staying here for sure!

  I had a very enjoyable stay at the Best Western Premier in Transcona. My room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. There was a slight damp, wet-dish-towel smell in the bathroom, particularly around the shower, and the air conditioning unit was a little louder than I prefer, although I’m someone who sleeps in almost complete silence. Neither issue took away from the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, but the real shining stars were DJ and Sangre in the breakfast area. DJ is hilarious, incredibly personable, and makes one hell of an omelette! Sangre was just as wonderful, incredibly sweet, attentive and genuinely warm. Together, they are a dynamic duo, and their energy made breakfast something I actually looked forward to. It’s funny how the little things can make such a big difference. A clean room and a comfortable bed are important, but it’s the people who make you feel welcome and appreciated that you remember. DJ and Sangre genuinely made this a 5-star stay for me. Their warmth and friendliness were the perfect start to my day, and people like them really do make the world a little better. Thank you both! You’re fantastic. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Nice and clean spacious rooms. Breakfasts were great. Plenty of choices for everyone. My only complaint would be lack of coffee downstairs in the afternoon .

  This has been on of the best hotels we have stayed at. The friendly service by all is truly refreshing in today's age. This hotel knows the meaning of keeping clients happy. Excellent rooms, clean and prompt maid service. Breakfast was also very well done with the first that I have seen where they will make eggs fresh in front of you to your liking.
