  Edit as manager wants more info (even though nothing will be done as i went through previous reviews). We stayed there yesterday Thursday May 12th under Peloquin in room 442. I was in the elevator with another patron and he also shared the same feeling. The beds are so old my hubby and i sunk in the middle together. When we checked out waiting for our shuttle to the airport at 4am, there was 3 security guards dealing with a guy. I discussed my thoughts to the front staff and I got a shoulder shrug and they apologized as theyre under "renovation". I should've taken pictures of the pink/red streaks all down the tub, the rug, stains, broken fixtures etc.....300.00 a night is absolute robbery. This hotel is DISGUSTING!!! I am sleeping with all my clothes on and not under the blankets. For 280.00 a night (on a tuesday of all days) i would expect a little better. I mean, the pool and hottub were even shut down even, but with the state of the building I wouldn't attempt the hottub anyways.. Honestly, I dont recommend this dive. Ps, be careful where you step. Not only is our room carpet ripped up, but theres wet/sticky/crusty stains everywhere. Cant wait to get out of this city and back to beautiful BC.

  It was all right I love the lounge. The BLTs are very lucky for me. Hotel room is very clean.

  So I'm booking rooms for my employees. All over Canada and the USA and never add issue with booking like this. So I'm sending guys to the hotel there for another flight. The room is paid for and they asked for $300 deposit. My employee couldn't pay so it wasn't able to get in his room. I had to be woken up at almost midnight to go back to my office to fill up a form in order for them to use the credit card AGAIN(u already had my informations ) there was no way to do it over the phone. I had to go back to the office. Fill the form email it back to them. So my uncle, you had to wait about an hour. And a half and the guy that I spoke with on night shift on friday3rd of april was very unprofessional and rude . This is a multimillion-dollar company that has over 300 employees at a cross-country. And i'm definitely never gonna use that hotel for any of my needs ever again.Thank you for your service
