I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your establishment. What should have been an enjoyable visit quickly became stressful and unwelcoming due to repeated instances of unprofessional conduct—primarily from a staff member identified as “Linda.” Upon arrival, I was met with a dismissive and unfriendly attitude during check-in. I explained that I did not recall the PIN for my credit card and requested that the card be entered manually, which is a common accommodation at many establishments. This request was abruptly refused without explanation or effort to assist, setting a negative tone from the outset. While I was still at the front desk, two young children briefly passed through the lobby. Although they complied when asked to walk, Linda proceeded to make inappropriate remarks about them as they walked away—within earshot of guests. This behavior was unprofessional and entirely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I also inquired about registering an additional guest to join us at the pool and was told that this was not permitted under any circumstances. However, later that day, my wife was able to do exactly that through another staff member without issue. This inconsistency reflects a lack of clear policy enforcement and poor communication among staff. After leaving to resolve the issue with my card PIN and returning to check in, we found the room to be average at best—certainly not reflective of the level of service we expected. The following day, I was approached outside by Linda and instructed to move my vehicle for being too close to a yellow line. This would have been reasonable if applied consistently; however, I observed numerous other vehicles parked in similar or worse positions that were not addressed. This selective enforcement was both confusing and frustrating. Later, while my family and I were using the pool, Linda forcefully entered the area, pointed aggressively at a sign regarding wristbands, and gestured toward us in a manner that felt demeaning and disrespectful. At no point was there a courteous or professional attempt to address the situation. Throughout our stay, I also overheard other guests expressing similar concerns about their interactions with this same staff member, which suggests this is not an isolated issue. Overall, this experience transformed what should have been an enjoyable stay into a disappointing one. The level of customer service we encountered was far below acceptable standards. I strongly recommend a review of staff conduct, as well as clearer and more consistent enforcement of policies. As it stands, I will not be returning to your establishment, nor will I recommend it to others. I trust this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I would give 0 stars if possible The older lady “Linda” made our stay unbearable Coming after only us, targeting us and making our kids uncomfortable to even go in the lobby. You need a wristband to go in the pool and will not allow any visitors I’ve never seen that before I’ve stayed at best westerns many times but I will never go back here. It was awful.
