    Room was clean and as expected. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. The hotel keeps is front doors locked 24/7 so maybe not the greatest neighborhood. Washing machines are a bonus, but are only available 8am-10pm so be prepared if you arrive later in the evening or want to use them before departing in the AM.

    FYI EDIT: Apparently when slapped in the face with cold hard truth we get silence from this company. They would rather bash us and call us liars publicly than respond or fix this situation. We have reached out personally and publicly and they will not fess up to THEIR mistake. Holiday inn express Brandon, mb will treat you like fools and try to embarrass you. They do not care about the comfort or stay or satisfaction of their guests. Just what their reputation looks like from the outside. EDIT: I am replying back to your comment on my review. What you said is a blatant LIE. This whole situation is entirely your fault. When we arrived at 2 am we were told we could only check in with the exact same credit card the room was booked with. We gave her our ID and she held it for 30 minutes, so your reply stating we never gave card or ID is just a lie. We tried to give her not one, not two, but three different credit cards. Just kept getting the same response, “I need the credit card you booked with.” We pleaded until 3 in the morning offering our credit cards, debit cards, cash, she refused absolutely everything that was not the credit card on file. The worst part? Getting phone calls starting at 430 in the morning. She told us that we could bring the credit card we booked with in the morning and we still got badgered. You treated us like dirt. We paid $280 after tax to be treated terribly and blamed for your mistakes. We got maybe 2 hours of sleep thanks to you. Check your security cameras for that night you will see us pleading and doing everything we possibly could to just check in and go to bed after a wedding. This is ENTIRELY your fault. 100% your fault. Train your staff better and take responsibility for your mistakes. Instead of just accepting a poor review, someone on your team felt it was best to make it look like we did not provide credit card or ID to make it look like it was us who were in the wrong. I am very upset with how you have treated us and this entire situation. Your customer service sucks. If I could rate the service of this hotel a zero I would. I booked a room with my credit card for after my sisters wedding. I forgot my purse at the wedding venue with my credit card in it so I as without when we arrived for check in at 2 am. We were completely refused check in because we did not have our credit card. I understand it is needed so that is my bad for forgetting it. My credit card was already on file to book the room but we tried using different credit cards, tried to offer paying debit or cash but all flat out refused. It was now 3 in the morning and I had had enough. They finally let us check in and asked we settle the payment in the morning. We finally get to bed and go to sleep only to have the phone ring at 430 IN THE MORNING, DEMANDING we bring the credit card down immediately to pay for the room. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life with such poor treatment. Then we get a knock very early in the morning demanding an ID. We said you know what enough of this we need to just go check out settle this and leave. We get to the counter to check to be told we could’ve used a different credit card the entire time. We were treated to poorly, we were harassed all hours of the late night and the entire situation was handled so poorly. We suffered from your mistakes. I will never stay here again and I will not be recommending this place to anyone I will be telling everyone to save the headache and go somewhere else. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life.

    We ended up staying at this hotel as our van broke down and we had to wait for it to be repaired. We stayed 3 nights and the management and staff were more than accommodating. Very friendly We had our dog and cat wirh us and there was no issue. There breakfast was good and they even had gf bread as I am celiac. The pool area was spotless and it was nice they also had a hot tub. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Would I go back, not sure, there are two other hotels side by side I would check out first.

    Excellent hotel, rooms are extremely quiet with a sliding sound deafening panel between the sleeping area and the bath/door. The door has a sweep that quiets the room even more. I would definately stop hate again.
