  Second time here and we enjoyed our stay again. I feel like the Tv's can bd upgraded as wl as the old direct tv. Like we are in a smart tech era and this is sorta stone age still. Other than that great location and weight room plus A on the breakfast both visit. Thank you Cynthia for accommodating us when we had the room issue. Great customer service,, STILL HERE AND HAVE A UPDATE. THIS IS THE 3RD BREAK FAST I HAVE HAD HERE AND THE MORNING LADY (OLD ASAIN LADY WITH GLASSES WHO HANDLES BREAKFAST AREA) IS SUPER RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. BEFORE I THOUGHT IT WAS A BAD MORNING BUT I JUST SEE SHE HATES HER JOB CLEARLY. 2ND VISIT 3X HERE AND EVERY TIME SHE HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE AND UNWELCOMING DEMEANOR. ITS MORNING MA'AM WE DONT WANT TO SEE THIS WHEN STARTING OUR DAY BWJMI FIX THIS PLEASE. Happy holidays!

  Lovely hotel. Friendly, clean with stylish decor. Beds are comfortable. We asked for clean towels from the desk one evening and were given exactly what we needed. House keeping removed the 4 clean towels and 2 washcloths. They left 2 different towels, one washcloth, emptied 1 of 2 trash cans. (We tip.) This hotel is in a nice area. The breakfast is excellent! We see several guests at the desk in the evening bringing down wet towels to exchange for dry....We will stay again, but we will bring our towels and washcloths from home.

  We booked this hotel in hopes that we would have a nice and relaxing stay. Upon entering the hotel, we were unpleasantly surprised by the amount of people smoking and gambling in the pool area. Then, when we were checking in the customer service was not up to par. I do not feel that we were greeted properly. It was a very quick and bland interaction with the front desk associate, who also took a personal phone call while checking me in. The interior of this hotel is in desperate need of renovations. The furniture is falling apart and the elevator barely works. Finally, we get to the room. I was shocked when we made our way inside. The room was humid, smelled musty, and the appliances were also run down. It does not seem like this room was throughly cleaned by staff as well. We immediately knew we were NOT gonna stay there. We made the decision that we could not bare to spend the night at this hotel due to its atrocious appearance. We quickly booked a hotel at the Hyatt in Pleasant Hill. I tried giving this place an opportunity but it was nothing like how it is pictured on the website. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Please if you are looking to stay here because it is affordable, there is a reason for that. I will always stay at the Hyatt because it is far superior, always clean and service is amazing. I would rather spend a little extra money there than ever come back to the Best Western in Martinez.

  Nice hotel rooms simpe but clean. The hallway was not as quiet as It should be for about 30 min, I realize hotel has no control over noisy guest guest need to be more considering of others.
