But the front desk’s attitude completely ruined our stay. We were told we could check out at 11:30, yet got a call at 11 telling us to leave ASAP. We also had to switch rooms right after arrival because the lighting didn’t work — the engineer was kind and even upgraded us to a larger room. But the next day, the front desk told us, “we did you a favor because that room doesn’t allow dogs,” which came across as rude and unnecessary. The microaggressions and unprofessional tone left a really poor impression. Decent property, but terrible hospitality. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.
- SPStacy PerrySep 24, 20255.0This is the perfect one night getaway from Bay Area. We loved it. Simple but well done simple. Go to lunch at Tony’s. Then do dinner at Mable’s on property. Mable’s is amazing Mediterranean. Get the hummus and corn!!!
