  Please take time to read these reviews and do not ignore the bad ones!! We recently stayed at this Best Western and had a very disappointing experience. ( they also own the hotel right next-door and this review I would assume apply as well considering how bad the staff is. ) On our first night, our neighboring room was extremely loud and explicit well past 10 PM and continued almost all night. We understand it was Valentine’s Day, but quiet hours still apply. We contacted management three separate times and were told they would address it. However, nothing changed. Eventually, we had to handle the situation ourselves and ask the neighbors to quiet down, which should not have been our responsibility as paying guests. In addition, the air conditioner in our room did not work properly. It was blowing air, but it never cooled the room down, leaving us uncomfortably hot all night. Then, on the morning of checkout, there was no hot water. I was unable to take a shower before leaving. We brought these concerns forward, but instead of acknowledging the issues, management defended each complaint and ultimately chose not to offer any refund or resolution. We understand that occasional issues can happen in any hotel, but the lack of follow-through and customer care was very disappointing. Based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again. And I really don’t think I’d ever stay at another best Western again. I thought they had standards, but I think they are all independently owned.

  I have been coming here for work and tried to be open minded… but I understand why my coworkers warned me about this place. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else. Among the issues No hot water No water (without notice in the middle of a week stay) Fridges that smell like the plague Rooms that smell like mold.

  Receptionist left before the next shift arrived. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes with absolutely no one there. The room key machine wasn’t working, it took 3 tries to fix the problem. I left for 2 hours to eat and hoped the room key issue would be resolved by the time I returned. I was able to get into my room but then the television and cable didn’t work. It’s a great location, there was just a ton of hiccups throughout my experience staying here.

  Wife and I came to stay 1 night, having an Excellent Breakfast waffles Biscuits and Gravy were on Point! Free coffee in lobby 24/7….we’ll stay again!
