  If I could rate this hotel a 0, I would. The only good thing about this hotel was the young gal that worked at the front desk. She was very nice and wanted to help however she could. The first room we were given we found a lot of mouse droppings in the pullout couch. We were put into a different room that smelled like smoke, the tv only got three channels and the voices didn't match up because the wifi was so spotty, the shower curtain was pink on the bottom from mildew and the room just didn't feel or look clean. The so called "hot breakfast" is not that. There was hardly anything there and what was there, I didn't trust to eat. I walked across the street and bought us breakfast. The area around the hotel didn't feel safe especially after dark. There were a lot of homeless around, people on drugs harassing people as they walked by and even a guy masturbating outside his car in a neighboring store parking lot. We stayed one night out of our four planned nights. We aren't people that complain much, let alone check out early. We have stayed in a lot of budget hotels through the years, but this has been the worst. We left and moved to the Best Western in Tracy and it was a night a day experience. It made us realize we weren't crazy, it was just a really not good hotel.

  Best overall place to stay in Manteca in my opinion. The gentleman who helped me check in was extremely professional, accommodating, and super nice. Deff check out their hot breakfast bar before you head out !

  Affordable and well kept. Nice rooms, they just need higher quality toilet paper or bidets. Spa was great! Breakfast room is huge, well served, and clean. Parking is great for cars like mine that broke down and needed to wait for towing during the winter storm. Thanks again! I will come again if I'm around town. Raj and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

  I checked out one day early due to very unsafe conditions at your hotel. Homeless people were walking through your hotel. Also, the hotel room where we were staying was very dirty. The shower curtain was stained, the carpet felt like it had never been cleaned or even vacuumed, the smell was overwhelming in the room. I called the front desk yesterday morning to ask for a hair dryer and for another towel, and know one answered the phone. The hotel conditions in the hallways and corridors were dirty and smelled foul. I would like money back on my stay since I left yesterday (one day early) and checked out with the front desk person. She said that the manager was gone and could not offer me any money back until she spoke to the manager. I would like to be refunded 1 night stay. I booked at the nearby Hampton which was a wonderful hotel.

  This is not a nice motel. Outdated, old and smelly room, door entrance key need improvement, carpet old and a lot of stain, restroom tub old and dirty, toilet sit is moving and no table in the room. The only good thing at this motel is there's plenty of parking and very close to all fast food and groceries.
