  I made a reservation and booked online upon check in I was told that there was a $200 deposit that I was not notified of before hand, the room was not clean and the air conditioning unit was not working, the restroom was hot and steamy as if someone had just showered which was odd because the shower didn’t work and the water was leaking all night long. When speaking to the front desk they did not even apologize or offer any other accommodation. Overall I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this stay would not recommend this location to anyone ever.

  My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Manteca and had an excellent experience, thanks in large part to Rajiv at the front desk. His customer service truly stands out. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Rajiv consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and taken care of. One thing that really impressed me was seeing him personally doing rounds in the parking lot at night with a flashlight. That extra effort made my wife and me feel safe and showed how much he cares about the guests and the property. On top of that, the hotel itself is always clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, which makes every stay relaxing. Rajiv’s dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail make a big difference in the overall experience. We truly appreciate the level of service he provides and look forward to staying here again. Thank you, Rajiv, for going the extra mile!

  I had an excellent stay at the Best Western Plus Executive Inn and Suites! From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The amenities were top-notch, especially the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety and was well-stocked. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel! Thank you Rajiv for all that you do!!!

  Room and hotel did not match pictures, certain rooms are under renovation so we probably got an old one. Front desk was friendly so one extra star. Sketchy location and guests, shirtless men with tattoos loitering parking lot. There were cop cars outside the lobby when I was coming back at night. Felt unsafe and would not book here again.

  The hotel reservation desk, breakfast crew and cleaning staff are very nice and helpful! The room and entire facility is very well kept and clean! There's an in and out right across the street and many other places within walking distance! Would definitely recommend this Best Western hotel! Thank you to the staff!
