- DCDallion CandlesJul 7, 20245.0Very friendly at the desk. Rooms were very clean and updated with a desk area and patio with table and chairs. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice they were. Air conditioning, fridge, laundry, jacuzzi, and the breakfast the next morning was great!

- LVLarissa VinholteApr 5, 20231.0Unprepared and rude receptionists. Do not book! The friendliest thing about the hotel was the little mouse that received us at the reception. We arrived at 11 pm because they had 2 roads closed and we had no cell signal. when we finally managed to call the hotel and get some kind of instruction the receptionist Alex said I was supposed to Google it and hung up the phone. We kept trying to contact the hotel but he hung up the phone, he didn't answer and when he answered he was still mocking (even knowing that we had 2 children). Breakfast is ok, but if it's over, there's no replacement (at least with yogurt). Room cleaning has to be scheduled and there is no way to know when it will happen.
