Room air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t use it. Luckily we stayed in autumn so we were okay without it but summer or winter would have been horrible.

I had to ask if anyone was available since no one greeted me at the front desk. The manager was unprofessional and did not make eye contact while I was speaking, which came across as dismissive.

Friendly staff, however the room (at least the ones facing to the street) is very noisy and there is 0 sound insulation. Nonstop street noise and footstep noise from the floor above made me wake up throughout the night.
