When my friend and I requested rooms on the same floor after booking with a third party (which is NOT the way to go, by the way- never book with a third party!), Shaila was so on point with helping us navigate the system. She really knows what she’s doing- and instead of just saying NO, she helped us figure it out! She’s incredibly friendly, but not fake. Knowledgeable, but not snobby. She’s the perfect host - and the hotel is FANTASTIC!! my friend and i were here the night of Christmas Eve.. so her 4 year old son was waking up to Christmas here. No Regrets! This is now or our spot whenever we visit our parents- THANK YOU SHAILA!! YOU’RE WONDERFUL!!
