It wasn't, now I am working with my bank to get my refund. The hotel itself is nice , the breakfast hostess is polite and does a good job. My room was 212, which is the suite with a balcony and fireplace. Very nice room and worth it when there is a deal. It is a clean place and I have stayed there before while visiting my family in the area. The location is good ,right off the busy highway/street with restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint was being overcharged. It not being fixed by the manager any of the the 2 seperate time I came to the desk to ask about it , and the inpatient front desk clerk who had to endure me because I was overcharged. She was unpleasant, and I was happy to end the call with her.

At 2am we went and talked to the counter person who did absolutely nothing. We suggested a call to the police. They did not do that. We won't be back and we are very upset. Waste of money. Awful place.
