    I was overcharged. I spoke to front desk manager 2 separate times and both times I was told it was corrected. It wasn't, now I am working with my bank to get my refund. The hotel itself is nice , the breakfast hostess is polite and does a good job. My room was 212, which is the suite with a balcony and fireplace. Very nice room and worth it when there is a deal. It is a clean place and I have stayed there before while visiting my family in the area. The location is good ,right off the busy highway/street with restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint was being overcharged. It not being fixed by the manager any of the the 2 seperate time I came to the desk to ask about it , and the inpatient front desk clerk who had to endure me because I was overcharged. She was unpleasant, and I was happy to end the call with her.

    A guest started blasting their music in the parking lot at 1:30 am after a party in the hotel parking lot. At 2am we went and talked to the counter person who did absolutely nothing. We suggested a call to the police. They did not do that. We won't be back and we are very upset. Waste of money. Awful place.

    Room had a stench even though the room was a non-smoking. Towels were still dirty and yellow. While me n my guest was asleep they walked in my room to ask if we need housekeeping but if we don’t answer and you see us sleeping why are you walking in. No privacy at all. And then as we are walking out they continue to hassle me about what room number im in so they can go clean the room.
