  This was our first time using a travel agent. Michyl helped us plan our spa getaway to Palm Springs and was amazing every step of the way. Most important to us, because we were arriving from different states, was arriving around the same time. Michyl got us both landing in Palm Springs within 40 minutes of each other . All questions were answered in a timely manner. Activities were planned perfectly. We will definitely use the Travel Store for our next vacation .

  Planned a post retirement cruise and included my elderly mom and cousin. Due to my moms age and needing additional help at times, I wanted to have a room that was close to her. I contacted my cruise planner that I had used many times before, knowing that she had done an excellent job previously, and I let her make all the arrangements without checking the deck plan myself to insure rooms were together. Only to find out once we were on board that our room was directly across from from my moms on the other side of the ship. Thus making it difficult to keep in touch with her. Sadly she did sustain a fall while she was on an excersion, and broke multiple teeth, ruined a lenses in her glasses, broke the stone in her ring and sustained multiple cuts, abrasion and bruises to face and knees making it difficult to get around without assistance or using a cane for much of the rest of the cruise. I know my travel agent was upset about the mistake but, since it was a fully booked cruise, there was no way to make any changes. In the future, I will be sure to review my room assignments myself and not just take it for granted that things are what I expected. This cruise was very stressful for everyone and was not as special as we had hoped for.

  We had such a great trip all set up by Katie. There was a group of 6 of us and we like to be a bit more active on our vacations and Katie found this awesome European river cruise, U by Uniworld, that just fit us all so perfectly. Everything was a total breeze, we had no problems at all, loved the recommendations we got and I'm not sure if we had a single complaint. It was so nice to have everything just set up and ready for us. Katie and Courtney and the rest of the team really took such good care of us!

  I've had great experiences working with Florence at TravelStore. She really makes it easy to find and book great vacations. I wish I'd understood the virtues of a good travel agent years ago!
