  Great stay at Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown. The location is excellent, close to many places to eat, walk, and explore around Los Angeles. The service from the staff was very good, and the overall facilities were well maintained. Housekeeping was especially friendly, and they kept the room spotless. The hot water worked perfectly, the AC performed very well, and the beds were very comfortable for resting each night after spending the day visiting parks and exploring the city. One area that could use improvement is some of the furniture in the rooms, as a few pieces are starting to show age and could be updated. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and service.

  I stayed here in September 2025. In March 2026, I found a charge of $380.67 from this hotel on my credit card. No one contacted me. No invoice. No explanation. Nothing. I called immediately. I was promised a callback. It never came. I sent two emails. Both ignored. It took four attempts over multiple days to get anyone to respond. They eventually refunded the money, but I was promised a call from the General Manager to explain how this happened. That call never came either. To this day, I have no explanation for what the charge was for or how my card was used without my permission six months after checkout. The only reason I got my money back is because I caught the charge and fought for it. Had I not noticed, they would have kept it — plain and simple. I have filed complaints with IHG Corporate, the California Attorney General, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I would strongly advise anyone who stays here to watch their bank statements very carefully — not just at checkout, but for months afterward. Absolutely unacceptable. Zero accountability. Zero transparency.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Indigo. The property was very chic and nice. Everything was spotless. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The Valet attendants where FAST and super curtious. There are a few restaurants withing walking distance and a grocery store a block away. Waymo can take you to Hollywood or many other tourist areas from the hotel. A+ place, I would stay again without hesitation

  Prior to arrival, they emailed me and ask if I have any special request. I am pleased and replied that I would like a more quiet room. Unfortunately they purposely arranged a room for us that is right beside the elevator. Is that a joke or something? Out of all the rooms, you manage to give me the nosiest room possible for me. We were waken up multiple times at night because there are constantly people gathering and coming in and out the elevator area. That being said, the noise insulation of the door is very bad. You can literally hear everything outside. To the owner of the hotel. I think your stuff is trying to sabotage you.

  Stayed at Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown and overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable hotel in a great downtown location. The design is one of the highlights. The hotel has a modern, artistic vibe inspired by LA culture, and the interior feels fresh and unique compared to typical chain hotels. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the large windows with city views — it really gives you that downtown LA experience. The rooftop pool area is another plus. It’s not huge, but the skyline view makes it a great spot to relax, especially in the evening. Location-wise, it’s convenient if you’re exploring downtown LA, with restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby. However, like most downtown areas, you may notice some noise or street activity at night. Service was solid overall, though not overly personal — more efficient than warm. Overall, this is a great option if you want a modern hotel with good value in downtown LA. Not ultra-luxury, but definitely satisfying for the price.
