  Had a lovely stay here and everyone was very kind and helpful! Marieta, Veronica, and Elsie in the breakfast room were fantastic and Tania at the front desk went above and beyond our whole trip!

  Overall rating of 5 stars for the class of hotel it is. I honestly was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had lower expectations reading some of the reviews, but this Hollywood hotel exceeded them. Yes, you have to pay for parking and they Nickle and Dime you with their fees (why can't they just set the price at what they need to charge?), but it is an impeccably clean, safe, and friendly hotel. The rooms were larger than expected with a great view of the boulevard and the windows open allowing for fresh air. Nice big new showers and bathroom. The rooms seem to be recently refreshed as well. The breakfast as noted by others was great (even being as busy as it was). The hotel is one exit away from Universal. It technically would be possible walk 10 minutes to the Metro and take the subway (1 stop) there, but we ended up driving and paying for parking. The location is awesome if you are wanting to do the Hollywood walk of fame stuff too - we walked it at night and felt reasonably safe (a little sketchy for a block but a high traffic area). We did the full tourist stop and ate at Hard Rock Cafe. So much stuff to see and do in the area.

  It was the perfect location for walking distance to Hollywood blvd they had a great variety for breakfast the rooms where nice and clean the only down fall was the pool wasn’t heated

  El hotel es muy cómodo y limpio, la habitación estaba nueva y sin detalles, muy espaciosa y cómoda. Las camas y amohadas super mullidas y comodas. El baño con todo lo necesario. Solo el detalle de que se inundaba la bañera pero no fue un problema. El personal muy amable, desde el personal de mostrador (llegamos de madrugada y nos atendieron muy bien), las chicas del desayuno (Marietta y Verónica muy amables), y la gente del parking, en especial un hombre que hablaba español y nos atendió el primer dia, creo que su nombre era Raul. La ubicación es muy buena. Está a dos cuadras del paseo de la fama, a diez minutos en auto de Warner y Universal, y a tiene buenos accesos hacia lugares más alejados. Recomendamos entrar por el lado opuesto al paseo de la fama ya que Highland es muy concurrida y es dificil ingresar a la cochera. El desayuno muy completo, todos pudimos encontrar una opción de nuestro agrado. Estuvimos 9 días y realmente fue una estadía agradable y cómoda, sin contratiempos. Aunque el precio termina resultando un poco elevado si se incluye la cochera y los fees, de volver a la ciudad definitivamente volveriamos a hospedarnos.

  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I was extremely disgusted with the front desk and their customer service. On top of that I decided bless someone in need and put snacks on my room. The front desk had literally clarified to me what I was doing. Now listen I know exactly what I’m doing and what I do is not anyone buisness especially if I was helping a person in need. Doesn’t surprise me how some people lack basic sense or ability to be kind. On top of that the fire alarm went off cus of someone burning something in microwave. The exit maps are not clear at all about where exit is or stairs . Top it off the elevators shut off so no one even knew where go. It was interesting but anyways shout out to the front desk dude with mustache! I didn’t know AI was a personality!
