  I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills for a few nights and overall had a comfortable experience, though it didn’t feel overly extravagant. The location is convenient if you want to explore Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. It’s close enough to shops and restaurants, but still feels tucked away from the busiest streets, which I appreciated after long days out. Check-in was smooth and the staff were polite without being overbearing. My room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony that gave a decent view of the surrounding area. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy during my stay. That said, some parts of the hotel felt a bit dated compared to what I expected. Nothing was bad, just not as modern or impressive as other luxury hotels I’ve stayed in. The pool area was pleasant, though it can get a bit busy depending on the time of day. I tried room service once, and the food was good but nothing particularly memorable. Prices are on the higher side, which is expected for the brand, but I didn’t feel like everything fully matched the cost. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable place to stay with solid service. It may not completely wow you, but it delivers a consistent experience if you’re looking for a quiet, well-located hotel in the area.

  We enjoyed an excellent stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. Our one-bedroom suite with two baths was fantastic: tastefully appointed, modern, and extremely comfy. The location is great, located in the middle of Beverly Hills, making it easy to travel around and explore the region. The food throughout the hotel was excellent, however the service at the main restaurant was noticeably slow. The pool is a wonderful feature, but it feels a little old, and the lounger area is rather little, especially in comparison to the large and well-equipped gym. Overall, a great experience with several aspects that may be improved.

  I am really upset with our recent dealings with the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills prior to our trip. After spending a large amount of money on what we believed to be a memorable and effortless trip, we were informed that the hotel was unable to locate our reservation. When we contacted the property for assistance, we spoke with Rosa (Core Agent), who was useless and unwilling to explore further. Rather than providing reassurance or proactively resolving the issue, we were simply instructed to contact a third party, with little sense of ownership or attempt to assist us, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation and price range.

  This is a really nice hotel. A classy hotel! It deserves many stars! The decor is beautiful! I was there for a business meeting. There's so many things to do. Very upscale restaurants! we dined at La Dolce Vita. It was old school Italian. Great bar and food. It was superb. I loved the hotel. We loved our dinner! ( front desk rec- great rec!) WJ

  An exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills — one I would return to in a heartbeat. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team was a breath of fresh air. The energy here is warm, genuine, and consistently elevated throughout. We spent a great deal of time at the restaurant, and the dining experience was equally impressive — attentive, caring service paired with wonderful meals made it a true highlight of our stay. Housekeeping was impeccable. Stepping out for a few hours and returning to a flawlessly reset room — complete with fresh berries and water — was a beautiful and thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed. The concierge team was attentive and resourceful, seamlessly arranging local salon and spa bookings and coordinating use of the house car with ease. The bellmen and valet rounded out a team that is, simply put, exceptional — kind-hearted, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to be around. I left wishing I could stay longer, and I will absolutely be back. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Beverly Hills family for making this experience so memorable.
