    In my first room, well after everything was unpacked, i discovered that the shower leaked into the bedroom through the partition wall. So, without more than an apology, they moved me to a room directly below the leaking room. What could go wrong? This new room had a beautiful view of the side of a building and an alley. At 4am every morning, the room filled with bacon smoke from the kitchen exhaust, through the unsealed windows. Disgusting. The room would also fill with the smell of pot smoke at night, because management could not keep the partying down. So, I got a downgrade in rooms because the first one was leaking. The bathroom had a glass partition, so the automatic nightlight that was part of the outlet lit up the entire room while trying to sleep. Who designed this place? Finally, after lodging a complaint saying the above about 10 months ago, I received 0.0 response. Completely unacceptable experience, and Hilton could care less. Do not go here.

    Great stay in the Wayfarer. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean. Couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Enjoyed my stay.

    I stayed here because obviously some big events were going on last night and this is the only hotel I can find with a reasonable price and not too far. It turns out to be a pleasant surprise. The hotel is in a stylish building, has super cool room design, and the lobby is cozy and has characters. The breakfast burrito in the morning is delicious. Overall great experience for a quick night stay. The room is on the smaller side.

    Big Disappointment – Avoid This Hotel We requested info about incidental charges and were told to email them. We did, but never got a response. The next morning, we woke up to bed bugs in our room. We contacted the hotel immediately, and their engineer confirmed the issue. We also sent photos of the bugs and bloodstains on the sheets (clearly they hadn’t been changed before our arrival), but never heard back. We left right away, and they covered the laundry fee for the clothes we had under the bed, which was the only small positive. The staff assured us they'd handle the refund since we booked through Agoda, but five days later, I called to follow up and was told the hotel never submitted any refund request. Agoda tried calling the hotel for 20 minutes with no answer and was told to email instead. Thirty minutes later, I got an email from Agoda confirming the refund, proving the hotel never reached out to them. Overall, a terrible experience. I’d never recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. It's hard to believe they're even associated with Hilton based on how badly they handled everything.

    Definitely a cute little decent hotel. Edgy feel. But the rooms are very small. And when you Google it photos of a pool show up. So we unfortunately booked this hotel thinking there was a pool. Just know the rooms are very tight and very watered down.
