Literally go anywhere else, this shouldn't be a hilton associated hotel:
Room size is laughable, "free" breakfast is tied to $25 voucher, housekeeping doesn't fully room, no closet, no mini fridge, TV doesn't work or connect to internet
You pay regular room prices and nickled and dimed for everything..to get get nothing

The rooftop bar was awesome. The staff are really nice and the outside heaters kept it comfortable the whole atmosphere really had good vibe to it. Although your room was the king and had just enough space to tiptoe around the furniture. Overall it was cozy and really clean. Only few blocks away from crypto arena. Overall I'd give it 3.75 stars but the breakfast won me over to a 4 star rating.

If you like a cool looking hotel without all the essentials, this is the place. Cheap televisions that almost work, having sound but no video. How about a fridge for leftovers from the amazing event, nope. Of course that means no microwave either. Thirsty for a cold drink in the middle of the night? Well those ice dispensers we are so accustom to are non existent here. And by far, the worst thing to report is that during a surprise heat advisory in LA, the room will never cool below 78.
It has a hipster trendy vibe and cool lights in the stairwell but someone definitely urinated in that stairwell.
I will not miss my stay.

The worst hotel experiences I have had. I booked a 2 Queen bed room. When I arrived, I was told that the rooms were overbooked, and was given a room with two bunk beds and no usable desk. I had a two day stay, and after the first night I tried to get the room I paid for. I was told that there were no available rooms, and was told that they were doing me a favor by giving me anything at all as opposed to cancelling my reservation. No--you took my money and did not provide me what I paid for, which is a functional room with a workable desk. It's bad enough to get screwed over, but to also be gaslighted that they are somehow doing me a favor is beyond the pale.
Completely unacceptable, and I will be seeking a refund.

A truly wonderful boutique hotel located right in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. It’s not a large place, but that’s part of its charm — it feels intimate, stylish, and very cozy. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
The room itself is small but perfectly designed — clean, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. When I say everything, I really mean it! I was genuinely surprised to find earplugs by the bed, along with a note explaining that the hotel cannot always guarantee complete quiet because of the lively neighborhood. I thought that was such a considerate gesture. I didn’t need to use them myself, but I appreciated the thoughtfulness — especially since the first night was a bit noisy. For light sleepers, this small detail could make a big difference.
Downstairs, there’s a lovely café with great coffee and pastries, perfect for breakfast or a quick afternoon break. On the rooftop, you’ll find an amazing bar with a relaxed vibe, beautiful views of the city, and delicious cocktails — a great spot to unwind after exploring LA.
The location is ideal for travelers: close to the metro, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to get around without needing a car. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Angeles — especially those who value comfort, thoughtful details, and a bit of local character.
