I wouldn't stay here again. Very expensive for low quality rooms. Proports to be a more luxury place but it's not comfortable at all and they don't provide what I would consider basic room features or functions provided by even basic hotels.
Number one hotel sin is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable and rock hard. It hurt my back so badly I could barely function for days.
The air in the room was so dry we kept waking up with dry mouth, so they either need to adjust their aircon system or provide humidifiers.
Lighting in room and bathroom was poor and I could not see my face for makeup and styling, and it was difficult to find light switches in the room.
Only one hook to hang up a towel in the bathroom, not enough for multiple people staying in a room together.
Blackout blinds in the room worked well, but there will be lots of traffic noise, and no earplugs were provided.
Room furnishings were random, useless, and put you at danger of running into a very pointy metal wall hanging or tv edge. There was nowhere to store suitcase or a suitcase rack, but there was a pile of useless footstools taking up space and a giant low utility "coffee table" wood block thing meant to look like books on a table but effectively not a smooth usable surface. Very little space to hang up clothes.
Styling of common spaces like lobby and bar were off-putting, cheap and ugly. It felt like an office building lobby more than a space you'd want to hang out. Spray painted used plastic bleach bottles made up the "decor" which literally looks trashy lol.
Everything is an upcharge, including resort fees for the hotel itself, parking, coffee, etc. and there are essentially no amenities in the room like water, coffee, tea, kettle, etc.
The area has lots of restaurants, but honestly I'd say save your money and stay elsewhere, just drive in for dinner and leave, since the area isn't really nice to walk around in.
The only compliment I can pay is to the staff who seemed plentiful and were kind and efficient in all our interactions, especially the parking staff, so kudos to all the humans involved. I hope the owners can improve the actual comforts of the hotel though.

This is my first time staying in a 4 star hotel. I know for the future I should stick to 3 star and under. I prefer a hotel room with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and functioning air conditioning.
I thought the rooms and view were really nice and the staff was accommodating and friendly. I enjoyed the location and felt it was cool to be in the heart of Koreatown.
My girlfriend and her daughter hated the decor of the room and hallway. Not impressed by the unfinished concrete.
The room was small but the huge window and view made it feel grand to me.
The air conditioning did nothing and I was overly warm the whole stay.

This place is famous for its minimalist modernism design, but the room lacking some basic stuff, for example this is the first place I stayed that there is no towel rack or hanger in the restroom. Storage is tiny. The bar fridge has a huge block of ice in it, hasn’t been deforested for a while. The staff are nice and helpful and location is good.

Stayed at The LINE Hotel in Koreatown and had a great experience overall. The location is perfect right in the heart of Ktown with so many restaurants bars and late night spots within walking distance. The hotel has a modern stylish vibe without feeling stiff and the lobby and common areas are always lively. The rooms were clean comfortable and well designed with great city views and solid sound insulation. Staff was friendly and helpful and check in and check out were smooth. The rooftop pool and dining spots are a big plus and make it feel like a full experience not just a place to sleep. Great choice if you want to stay somewhere central cool and convenient in LA.

I had an event here and when I got to valet after the event I knew something was up after everyone was getting their cars except for me. After about 20 minutes they'd let me know they can't find my keys.. The valet working (although completely screwed up, was very cool and helpful) was trying very hard to figure it out but after an hour no resolve. Valet manager, would not come down to figure out the situation and told them to tell me to get an Uber.... Said that was unacceptable and that they were going to have to get me a key fob. Manager then told them to tell me (again for some reason could not be bothered to address the situation) that I could pay for a key replacement and they would pay me back, again unacceptable. Eventually one of the valet got a locksmith to come and make me a key replacement, this is after already being there for 2 hours. The valet manager made them pay for it instead of just taking responsibility as the manager. Then after finally getting home after 2:00 a.m. I realized the one of the 2 $50 bills I had just put in my center console before dropping off the car to valet, I am 1000% confident or I would never make this accusation.
My key was lost, I had to wait 2 hours, and money was stolen from the car.
I called to let them know about the money missing and that I just wanted someone to come clean so I wouldn't have to report it and was told that the manager would call me the next day or the following and that never happened. I've called multiple times to speak with somebody and never the "correct manager is there. I've Left voicemails and sent multiple emails with absolutely no response. Now my last resort is going on here. This is ridiculous.
hahah I see you responding to positive reviews!!!
