  I bought 4 tickets 4 months before my flying a week before my flight they sent me A mail that my flight changed i said okay was move earlier one hour same flight then i found out they took 300 dollars from my account i called the said that how much they charged for changed the flight i never ask for but the flight was the same number in everything was same i would i would never buy tickets in

  Horrible horrible customer service, it said one thing and after purchasing my ticket it said something way different. I am praying I get my money back..

  Awful Service! I booked my ticket a month ago, then was sent an email saying that Spirit Airline canceled the flight and gave me an option of a returning flight very late at night. I confirmed that it was ok, then after 8 days they withdraw $25 dollars without telling me there was going to fee. I did not make any changes or cancellation, will never book a ticket with them again!!! Also they hung up the call on me when I asked the reason of charging me $25. They also give you a Booking ID but not the confirmation of the airline

  This is AWFUL. DO NOT book with them. The same guy I talked to has answered the phone 3 times 3 different days, I asked to speak to someone else and he said he "couldn't do that" and I'm pretty sure its complete fraud. It's awful customer service. I booked a flight for $700 and the next day I got an email saying my flight was $800. I called and he said "he couldn't do anything about it, the flight prices went up" I threw a fit and it took about a hour of me arguing to finally have him give me the amount I originally paid for. Then I needed to cancel my flight for a death in the family and he was AWFUL to me. So now he's taking all my money and I'm not even able to go on this trip. So mad I booked with this fraud of a company
