Stayed here one night. Nice hotel, very clean. Room is a bit worn with a few stains on the couch but overall clean (bed & bath). Room & bathroom felt spacious. Has mini fridge but no microwave in room. They even give you complimentary waters in your room. I love this detail about hotels, more should do it. Lobby is very cool with nice art installs for added detail and luxe feeling. Had a very nice breakfast at the lobby restaurant Metropole.

I and a family member stayed at this property for 1 night. I'll start with good part of our stay. The restaurant provided a delicious late lunch along with great service. The front desk was ok at check in. They were more interested in trying to collect the $200 for an early check in, which we decided not to do. That was more than what we were paying for our stay. The room was very dirty. There was dust all over the floor, as well as a large stain. Housekeeping can not remove the stain. The floor needs to be replaced. The couch and chairs were also stained. The bed frame was damaged. I was looking forward to staying at this property. Several friends stay at other Hotel Indigo properties throughout the US. They said I wouldn't be disappointed. I was very disappointed. I will not be returning to this property in the future.

We had one night at this hotel. We chose hotel reservation+parking. Parking was good, guys took keys and drive car to the parking. Check-in and check-out is easy. Rooms are clean, with extra towels; body wash, shampoo and conditioner are good. But there were some issues. If you want to watch TV, forget about this, only what you will watch is the hotel advertising, there is no Netflix, YouTube, etc. Also, If you are sensitive to sounds around when you are sleeping, congratulations you won’t be able to sleep, because A/C and heating work loud, sounds like someone is cooking a soup. Pool is great, it is warm and clean, and there are a pool towels. No breakfast included to the price. In summary, this hotel is good but the price is too high for it.

To start off with the good- the location is pretty good for downtown LA but I didn't feel safe walking off the premises of the hotel property. The lobby is very nice and clean, and the front desk agents were friendly and pleasant. So what was not good: mostly everything else. The room was warn down as the couch and pillows were stained, the walls were dirty especially near the base boards, and even the remote had a sticky residue on it. Our bed had hair underneath the covers which was great. Additionally, when we booked the hotel we paid in full ahead of time. Valet was 60$ and there are no other parking options so we had to pay for this, which was fine but the final bill we received was $100. When I asked what the extra $40 was for, they said it was hotel fees. We had already paid for the room, taxes, and other fees when we booked ahead of time so this was very disappointing. For what you are paying at this hotel, at the absolute bare minimum you should expect a clean and well kept room; unfortunately this establishment cannot maintain this expectation. I would not come here again or recommend it to anyone else.

I rated it 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the breakfast was very good t their restaurant by the bar at the lobby (not complimentary, we paid for it). Besides that, for the price we paid after booking online (over $400 for 2 nights), the bed was too firm and UNCOMFORTABLE. The pillows were also not good or supportive for sleeping. One ply type toilet paper? C’mon man. The bed frame and headboard were scratched up and stained. But what really topped off the disappointment was checking out. After the front desk person told me there was a FACILITY FEE of $30/day and did not explain to me what that was for, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I did NOT see anything that said FACILITY FEE to be added when I check out when we booked online. So it came out of the security deposit. I’m gong to see if I can dispute that with my credit card company. Just not a good experience all around. I don’t know how this hotel can have a 4+ star review rating.
