Great hotel, firm comfortable very large bed. Friendly staff. Worth a visit. The front of door staff super helpful. I never thought I would have steak and eggs for breakfast, but I did twice and loved it. I can recommend it.

First day of my trip and already very disappointed.
First, my mom and I get to the hotel late, in a rush to get food before the restaurant closes.
We check in, they give us a room and we get to the room and it’s not even ready. Looked like someone just checked out and they started to clean it but was never finished. Shouldnt they have records on that?
Then they give us another room and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, acted like this happens often.
THEN! We get to the new room thats fine, definitely wear and tear around the room which is fine but I excepted more from indigo. I go to get ready for bed and there’s a toe or finger nail near the pillows. I get it, some things are left behind but im a germaphobe I’m sure no one wants to find someone else’s nail in your bed. I also found some other thing pictured below that looks like a boogie or something.
I called and asked for new sheets, they said ok and nothing came. I had to call AGAIN for them to bring new sheets, keep in mind its almost midnight and we’re waiting for new sheets to go to bed after a day of traveling. Then when I called again she was surprised that they weren’t delivered yet. Then again it took them another 30ish minutes to bring us the new sheets.
Very horrible service and this is day one.

The location was good but the rooms are in need of a major update. The beds were incredibly squeaky. Every little movement was heard. The headboards and corner couch showed major signs of wear and tear. Also the ac unit was a ceiling unit but had broken louvres so it was blowing down on the bed which made it either too cold or hot for turning it down. Staff was nice. The gym and pool were nice.
I probably wouldn’t stay there again until at a minimum the squeaky beds are fixed.

Concerning experience. My wife and I stayed for a week. After being away for two days, we returned to find over $1,000 in personal items missing that were left in the bathroom (makeup, facial products, hair iron). Staff said housekeeping thought we checked out, despite our belongings clearly still in the room.
After reporting the theft, multiple staff members attempted to open our door, saying they were checking if it was compromised. This felt unsafe and is not normal. Communication was poor, and management did not resolve the issue. Sharing so others are aware.

Hotel is showing a bit of age (faux leather bed frames were peeling in multiple places). Biggest issue was with the service. My room was on the 17th floor.l which apparently is under the bar. Big party on Saturday night - not surprising but which - in other hotel chains they will warn you about. Extremely loud - Ceiling of my room was vibrating and lots of noise from heels walking around above - When I called the front desk at around 11:30 to ask when the party ended was told “within the hour” - again not a big deal as it was Saturday night. When it was close to 1am and the ceiling was still shaking I looked online and the party was scheduled to go until 1:30am. Would have been nice if the front desk had been forthright about it. When I checked out I asked why they didn’t inform guests when we checked in so we could have selected another room and was told that they “only told people who checked in recently because the event was a last minute booking that only happened in the previous couple of days” Again. Checked online and there were posts about it on February 1 - so that was not accurate either. Have to say after hearing positive things I was a bit disappointed by this hotel. They also tried to charge me for parking when I didn’t even have a car onsite. That they did correct.
