Go somewhere else. We paid for a premium room with a city view. We visited 4 different rooms because the furniture was really worn (leather peeling off) and had large stains all over, the AC did not work and the vent was covered in dust, and the window did not work properly (so it couldn’t stay open). The AC luckily worked in the fourth room we were relocated to. The room they transferred us to was smaller and did not have a city view, the manager offered us free breakfast for our trouble which was not worth it all. The food is not good in their restaurant. We should have been refunded the difference between a premium room with a city view and a standard room. I will never recommend this place to anyone, it’s a shame because my friend recommended this place because she enjoyed her stay in 2023, she claims this place has really fallen off since her last visit. The staff was friendly that is the only good part. Please save your money and go elsewhere I am extremely disappointed and feel that we are owed a refund instead of a mediocre breakfast.

I liked the service,, rooms, and location. It was only 10 min walk to crypto. There's also parking close to the hotel going towards the crypto, through the side street (figueroa), it's $20all day. I paid for vallet just to get the whole feeling of the hotel experience. I am in process of becoming a travel agent and want to be able to give reference to this hotel to my future clients. I Searched this hotel through various web sites and I forwarded the sites I noticed that the hotel offered garage parking and valet in the same listing to hotel management so they can verify and fix the issue. When I read the listing I thought it had garage parking as an option as well as valet. Hohen is very nice and quite. We walked to our destination and it was safe as well.

Stayed here for the game at Crypto Arena, as the stadium is just the walking distance . The rooms were spacious but the furniture is little run down. The staff was friendly and the location most suitable.

The location of the hotel is excellent as we were going to a Kings game at Crypto. The lobby and bar area is also nice. I would rate the rooms and service as OK. Taking into account the location and cost, the Indigo is more a three star hotel. The frustrating part is the money grab of fees even though previous reviews stated this. The hotel states "some" of the fees, they are still hidden until the bill is presented. The bar and food bills automatically charge a 20% gratuity, regardless of service. Some employees were very polite while others are not driven to excellent service as they already know they get 20% gratuity. The customer should decide that, not the hotel. Some deserve 15% at best. The rooms are tired but not horrible. Valet was good and fast. Overall, I may stay for the one night event but have learned not to eat or drink at the hotel with so many options just steps away. A $30 appetizer and drink turns into $45+ with gratuity and tax. This left me with poor impression of the hotel because of all the focus on fees and gratuities and not on the customer service and experience. Just be aware of the costs with this hotel and automatic gratuities.

Recently stayed here. I booked 2 nights the total was just under $500, when arriving to the hotel i parked infront of valet. After about 6/7 mins of waiting for valet to approach I finally got out to ask if I can get my vehicle parked & a bell cart for all my luggage. They told me yes we can park the car its $61 each day you stay here. I was like what!? Ill just park it myself, they said thats not an option sorry. You can find local parking across the street. Then they tell me you can go inside & grab a bell cart and take it up to your room. Its self service ! Sorry but anytime I stay anywhere I've always had the bell guys unload & bring my stuff to my room & I tip. The staff just had horrible customer service & was not attentive at all. Then I put a $200 deposit ( usually standard most hotels) when I checked out I was inform theres a $30 convenience fee for the pool & internet ! Mind you its winter we didn't use the pool & never connected to wifi because no one told us the log in. So my $2pp deposit paid for parking & pool/internet 😒 if I knew all these hidden fees I wouldn't have booked here. It was a short trip & I was trying to stay on a budget of under $500 & thats what I thought I was doing when I booked . Oh & the roof top club wasn't available to anyone because it was booked for private event the whole weekend smdh
