But this time I have had enough i will be letting them know to change hotel to better hotel smells old smells stink, carpet is very dirty. The airport shuttle operates at a very low frequency — I waited for over an hour at Los Angeles Airport before one finally arrived. When I checked in at around 2 a.m., I was surprised to find that the room assigned to me was not the King Studio Suite I had booked. Instead, they placed me in a three-bedroom suite that felt messy and poorly maintained. I raised these issues with the reception, and the staff offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m. as a goodwill gesture. However, when I checked out the next day, I was charged more than USD $80 for the late checkout — even though it had clearly been promised as complimentary. I spoke to the supervisor, who firmly refused to honour the reception’s agreement and declined my refund request. She said, “Trip.com can refund on their end, but we won’t refund.” This kind of inconsistency and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a Hilton-branded property. I’ll definitely be raising this with Trip.com.

The cleaners didn’t finish cleaning and there was used wine glasses out.. then on top of that, we ordered door dash and when we went to pick it up, we couldn’t find it. The front desk girls took it behind the desk and lied about it. They stole half of what we ordered and claimed that the cleaners found it outside but DoorDash took a picture of it on the drop off table at the lobby.

This was a trip I was taking to make it possible for my special needs child to attend a school event. My travel agent told the hotel this, and they still refused to let me cancel my reservation or to even issue me a credit. Just you booked this and now you are stuck. I mean it must be legal and allowed by their contract to do this, but I have never in my life as a mother of a special needs child had a company flat say they will keep my money and they don't care. Usually you can at least get a credit for a future booking.
