The carpet was torn, stains on the headboard, peeling wallpaper and generally not very clean. We stay alot at Hilton Homewoods and the rooms are usually very good.

The parking situation is by far the biggest con. It’s 55$ to park a night. A little ridiculous. But the signage isn’t clear that you need to get a key first— this isn’t a great hotel for a digital key system. I checked out and tried to use my digital key to get out and it didn’t work. Had to call the front desk and the poor guy had to run out and give me a key to open the gate. Kind of a weird system if you’re checking out and have to turn in your keys. Overall meh experience

Despite being a faithful gold member for years, they couldn’t be bothered to check our bags for a few hours during a 10+ hr layover. We’re just starting our vacation during which we will be staying at 5 different Hilton locations! But they couldn’t be bothered to help us out at all. Don’t let these brands fool you. They don’t care about you in the slightest.
