My wife and I tried it out because “kids eat free.” Our bill after taxes for the two of us (plus two kids free) was $70. Please don’t eat from the yogurt/fruit bar… The blueberries had mold (I told the staff and they only removed the moldy blueberry..) and the strawberries too (pictured). Anyway next time I’ll just get McDonald’s which is basically on the same property.

Room has all the usual amenities - wall-mounted toiletries, safe, keurig coffee machine, fridge, iron and board. Hotel has an on-site restaurant. There's a MacDonalds in the same parking lot and a number of other Hotel restaurants and fast food establishments on Century. Nearby gas stations have small variety stores for snacks. A 5-minute walk takes you to the metro. Shuttle runs on a regular schedule but timing depends on traffic - especially airport traffic as the shuttle stops at all the terminals. Good choice for an airport hotel.

I had booked a room at this hotel for her, but since she won't physically be able to leave Minneapolis until Tuesday, there was no point in keeping the reservation. For a full refund, reservations must be cancelled by 6pm the day prior, but I didn't know she was snowed in until 8pm (and they had already charged my card at 5:23pm). I called to beg that they make an exception since my friend is literally trapped on the other side of the country and wouldn't be able to use the room, but after putting me on hold for over 30 minutes, they eventually said that no exceptions would be made, no matter the circumstances.
