  - waited 1hr+ for shuttle that did not arrive, had to call an uber… - no free breakfast ($32 per person incl gratuity and tax) - often impossible to reach the front desk by phone - mixed levels of service - some nice, some not - charge for water bottles - no microwaves in rooms but two in lobby Okay just to catch sleep before a flight… do not depend on the shuttle.

  After a very long travel day that started at 4:00 a.m. in Des Moines to catch a 5:45 flight, our arrival experience wasn’t ideal — we waited over 60 minutes for the hotel shuttle in the hot sun, watching competitor vans pass by. The shuttle itself had no A/C and no windows that could open. Not a great start. But then we walked in and met Rebecca at the front desk. She completely turned the experience around. She welcomed us warmly, allowed us to check in early, personally confirmed with housekeeping that our room was ready, and even contacted her manager to arrange breakfast for us the next morning. Those gestures may seem small, but they weren’t small to us. Price and location matter when choosing a hotel — but service is what brings guests back. Rebecca’s professionalism, empathy, and willingness to go above and beyond are exactly why customers return. Rebecca is a true asset to this property. — Daniel Costanzo IHG Platinum Elite Member

  I’ve never stayed at any hotel throughout my life of traveling, Europe, Mexico, the US, at a hotel with better customer care than here. Specially Dorlene and Kevin were extremely helpful, caring and just great human beings helping me and my wife with a late check out with our 1 year old. Dorlene was caring, played with my son, was genuinely interested in helping and building a relationship with us as customers. She should get promoted, recognized and praised for her human nature, help and gentleness.

  Moin zusammen, wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, denn ging die Reise weiter.. Deshalb keine belastbare Aussage zum Service. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, haben aber nur eins genutzt. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Billig, ohne Herz, überteuert, (26$ pro Person) aber man wird satt. Das Bad war sauber, danke dafür. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Zum Preis Leistung Verhältnis gibt es keine Aussage. War in der Pauschalreise mit enthalten. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist bestimmt günstig. So, es gibt Optimierungspotential.

  ★★★★★ I stayed here during an emergency caused by a massive winter storm that disrupted flights across the U.S., and I’m truly grateful for the support I received. The front desk team (especially the night shift staff) were calm, kind, and very professional. 夜間でも丁寧に対応してくれて本当に安心できました。 When my flight situation was uncertain, they even told me they could keep my room if my flight didn’t work out. 「フライトがダメでも部屋をキープできるよ」と言ってくれて、心から救われました。 The 24-hour airport shuttle was extremely helpful, and the shuttle driver(s) were friendly and supportive. 送迎ドライバーさんも優しかったです。Thank you. Also, there is a convenience store right next door, which was very helpful during a late-night emergency. コンビニが隣は助かる！ The room was comfortable, and I really appreciated having a bathtub (湯船あり!), which helped me recover after a stressful day. To the front desk team / night staff / shuttle drivers: please share my sincere thanks with everyone. またLAX周辺に泊まるなら、ここを選びます。
