    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service from Yessica! I had an incredible experience thanks to Yessica at the Holiday Inn. From the moment I walked in, she was genuinely welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. She handled everything with patience and a positive attitude, and you can tell she truly cares about the guests. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me, and that level of service really stood out.     Puntos a favor: La ubicación es genial y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Almohadas increíbles para dormir de inmediato. Equipada con frigobar y cafetera. :) Puntos en contra: No proporcionan agua ni para lavarse los dientes (mucho menos para la cafetera). Es el primer hotel en el mundo que conozco donde tienes que pagar (carísimo) por una botella de agua para lavarte los dientes. :( También ayudaría a la imagen que tuvieran un mejor mantenimiento de la regadera (foto)

    We checked in at Holiday Inn near LAX and had a great stay — clean rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. But what really made our experience perfect was our breakfast at their restaurant, thanks to Rosanne Rojas, a Filipina! 🌸 She was incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Her service truly set the tone for a wonderful morning. Thank you, Rosanne, for starting our day with such positive energy — you’re a gem!

    This major hotel with over 10 floors has only one shuttle to and from the airport. After waiting for over half an for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, it then took another hour to get to the hotel as the driver stopped in multiple locations to pack people in like sardines. Eventually, there were so many people and suitcases packed into our shuttle that there was no room to walk as all of the luggage was taking up all the aisles, creating an endangering fire trap. It’s actually insane that a major corporation has a hotel this close to one of the world’s largest airports and is so ineptly run.

    november 7 friday night and we arrived at the hotel. We are a group of people working in a cruise line. I was tired and starving at the time and I'm expecting the restaurant is already close. However one of the staff, Mr. Emmanuel Ventura, assisted all of us and ask what we want for dinner. We all ate and full. A kind and considerable from him and other staff that deliver there service even though it's late and the dinner should be closed. I can say this is a good experienced.
