Staff was very friendly especially the two ladies in the breakfast area I forgot their names but they were lovely. I would love to stay here again.

VERY loud road noise if you are facing Highland Ave. Can't take food from breakfast area (I've traveled the world and have never seen this policy; makes it very inconvenient!). First employee was the valet driver. There was one other car that had arrived, and he acted like there was a major rush. We asked to park in the handicap spot, and he didn't believe us until we showed him the placard. Front desk employee also acted like there was a major rush, but we were the only ones checking in. Said it was too difficult to split payment on two different cards, and that we would have to do it at checkout. The checkout employee didn't understand this logic and just said he was too lazy to want to figure it out. Room was decent - fairly recent remodel. LOTS of road noise, so bring ear plugs. The traffic on Highland Ave never really dies down. And good luck turning left out of the parking lot in the morning. VERY convenient if you want to walk to Hollywood Blvd. Tesla Diner is about a 1.5 mile walk if you want to check it out.
