  Very nice Holiday Inn. Room is typical, but spacious and clean as a whistle. Breakfast room is one of the best we've been to, and we've been to a lot lol. The staff at front desk and in breakfast room very very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. Just be careful at night, hotel area is safe but some pasts of Hollywood Blvd very sketchy. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

  The rooms were clean and comfortable for my family of six. The complimentary breakfast was decent, featuring an automatic pancake maker that my boys enjoyed. There was also a variety of other breakfast items. The staff in the dining area, particularly Marieta and Elsie, were incredibly helpful and kind. However, there were a few drawbacks. The website had mentioned a “warmed pool,” but my kids were disappointed to find it freezing cold. When we inquired at the front desk, they informed us that it was out of order. Additionally, we needed their self-service laundry service because it rained during our stay, and we needed to use the dryer. Unfortunately, there was a large sign on the door indicating that the laundry service was also out of order. If you’re considering using their amenities, I recommend calling ahead to ensure that everything is in working order for your visit. Despite these minor inconveniences, I wouldn’t mind staying here again. We still had a great time.

  Excelente ubicación del hotel. La atención de las recepcionistas muy bien, el desayuno muy rico solo que no es muy variado pero la atención de Verónica y Marieta fue excelente, se llevan todas las estrellas siempre muy amables, atentas y muy agradables, a diferencia de un señor del Valet Parking (son dos personas) uno de ellos muy atento, pero el otro no te da un buen trato, al llegar al hotel le comentamos que solo íbamos a estar unos minutos en el lugar de estacionamiento que tienen destinado para que los huéspedes realicen el check in y bajar nuestro equipaje del auto ya que no íbamos a dejar nuestro auto ahí y nos contestó de una manera muy grosera y desagradable, todo lo demás excelente la habitación también muy limpia.

  Otelin konumu temizliği oda büyüklüğü gayet başarılı, kahvaltısı da yeterli geldi bize. Marietta her sabah kahvaltıda bizimle ilgilendi, güleryüzlü ve samimi halleri çok güzeldi. Umarım tekrar geliriz 🥰

  We’re really happy we chose this place, especially because of Marieta and Verónica, who are in charge of the breakfast service. They are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The rooms are a 10, the location is a 10, and the breakfast is outstanding. (Feliz de haber elegido este lugar, especialmente por Marieta y Verónica, a cargo del servicio de desayuno. Gente amable, cálida y siempre dispuesta, que nos hizo sentir cómodos desde el primer momento. Los cuartos son un 10, la ubicación es un 10 y el desayuno es lo más.)
