Clean, everything is modern, everything works, the staff is friendly and attentive. Great value for the price and location, there is lots of entertainment and restaurants within walking distance, including a large mall.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Cons: old building that is super poorly soundproofed. Traffic, hallways noise and footsteps from upstairs were constant and made it very difficult to get any sleep. Valet parking is $45+tax, which is pricy considering this is an express hotel and nothing fancy. Room rate is now $200+ per night and I don’t feel it worth the value. You can find better options. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants comfort room and good sleep, unless you are the lucky ones who can fall asleep anywhere and anytime.

Las habitaciones limpias y buen servicio, el inconveniente es que el motor del aire acondicionado está dentro de la habitación, es decir cada habitación tiene su aire acondicionado, lo que provoca que cuando lo prendas haya ruido, pero si puedes tolerarlo esta bien. Ah! El hotel está como a 10 min de Universal lo que también es genial 😁

Le quartier est calme et tranquille il convient d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer a los angeles car la ville n'est pas bien desservi par les transports en commun. La literie est ok et personnel de l'accueil fort sympathique. Proche des lieux touristiques.Nous n'avions pas de lumière du jour car la fenêtre de la chambre était en face d'un mur. Le service de vallet est obligatoire dans l'hôtel dommage qu'il n'y a pas de self parking.
