The room was so clean and the view is incredible if you like to see airplanes land and take off (great for children my son loved it). Breakfast was typical food but being free was amazing. Parking was also easy & felt safe. Thank you for a great stay will come back again
- RSRasa SriJan 6, 20265.0My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel – truly a 10 out of 10 experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We showed up at noon, well before the standard 3 PM check-in time, but Kelvin at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile, offered us coffee while we waited, and managed to get our room ready in just 15 minutes. He even waived the usual early check-in fee as a courtesy – a thoughtful gesture that immediately set a positive tone for our visit. Kelvin was professional yet genuinely friendly, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The next morning, I came down to the breakfast buffet at 9:32 – just two minutes after closing time. The lovely staff member working there (her name started with an M, though I’m afraid I’ve forgotten the exact spelling) was incredibly kind and accommodating. When I explained I needed to bring food upstairs for my family, she happily provided a tray, made fresh pancakes for us, and helped me with everything I needed. Her courtesy turned what could have been an awkward moment into another highlight of our stay. The hotel itself was fantastic: free parking, a very good breakfast buffet with plenty of options, and a spotless, comfortable room. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting. The only minor suggestion I have (and I mention it only in the hope it helps) is that the shower drainage was a little slow, causing slight water pooling. It wasn’t a big issue for us at all, but a small tweak could make it perfect. Overall, the outstanding service from Kelvin and the breakfast team, combined with the great facilities, made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back – highly recommended!

The location has food and a 7-11 next door and returning your rental car is <5 min drive. Rooms were clean and quiet, staff was super helpful. I wish we stayed here longer but had to leave sunny LA. Will be back and looking forward to having this place as a last hotel before going back to reality. Cheers!

The shuttle is a myth, and we spent an additional $70 on top of room rate to replace the service. The worst part is the front desk lying to you. Check in was fine, rooms are fine. It's an older hotel which has been updated. This hotel has wonderful staff. Breakfast is ok, it's all fine. But where it counts they fail, if you are a traveler who needs the shuttle and believes they have one. They did not care one bit for the added hassle and expense of not providing a promised service. Just cancel the shuttle service and let us get around on our own without waiting on a completely dishonest marketing point. But the promised shuttle which maintains no schedule is useless, the front desk tells you what you want to hear and you pay an Uber anyway. They are very experienced covering for this unreliable shuttle service, it seems. The one star is for dishonesty and not having an advertised service.

Reasonable price + clean room + exceptional service (shouts to cleaning, breakfast staff!) + free parking/breakfast + convenient location to airport and forum, so many things. No-brainer for everyone who wants to have a great vacation in LA especially for concerts! Would like to go back and stay for sure.
