  Esta muy cercano al aeropuerto, la habitación super limpia y tenía frigobar y microondas, además incluyen el desayuno, qué es un bufett pequeño pero bien surtido y rico

  I booked for two nights. Paid for the first prior to arrival. I was arriving early morning, so I email them for the night, that I will check in next morning off the flight. They even email back. Still gave the room away, charged me for a no show. Also no instructions on the airport shuttle. I walk from the metro in the end

  My family and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Los Angeles, and we absolutely loved it. The location is very convenient — close to 7-Eleven, restaurants, stores like Ross and Petco, and several fast-food options. It made everything very easy for us. Kelvin, the receptionist, was amazing. He was always very polite, respectful, and helpful. We stayed for a few days, then traveled to Las Vegas, and returned to the same hotel because our flight home was the next day. On our second stay, Kelvin kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made a big difference after traveling. We truly appreciated that. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again! ♥

  Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Ich war 7 nächte dort und es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Im Zimmer gibt aub und zu ein paar Fehlfunktion aber sonst war alles Perfekt.

  Staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated them a lot. Beds were comfortable too. However the shuttle service is awkward for pickup as you have to call for it to come, and if you’re not an American with a US sim, this is hard. We borrowed a random ladies phone and called, waited 30 min then got picked up by a holiday inn shuttle , but the WRONG one (they have the same name, minus express, colours and logo) Ending up at the wrong hotel at night tired with a kid isn’t nice and I hope the drivers of both shuttles can check with people in future if they are express or regular. There were other people also at the wrong place who were meant to go to express, so it must happen all the time. Rooms were pretty dated especially the bathrooms. Cot was brought to room but with no sheets or blankets, and when asked they said they had sheets but no blanket. There’s no restaurant and the breakfast and pool and gym are very basic. We paid about $175, if it was 80-100 it would have made sense but for what we paid I was expecting it to be nicer and at least have a restaurant. Quite a bit of noise at night from the parking area behind the hotel. Location is handy to the airport but seems like a pretty rough area. So overall it was an OK stay but I probably wouldn’t recommend it to someone unless they got a cheap price
