- EGEleanor Gatewood3 days ago5.0I stayed here unexpectedly after my flight was cancelled. It was really close to the airport and I’m happy that I chose this hotel! The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. They also offer free breakfast and plenty of free parking on site upon request, those two things were a plus. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a big lifesaver. It was convenient and reliable. I want to give a special shoutout to Leo at the front desk- He was so friendly and helpful, patiently taking my calls/questions about the shuttle and making sure everything went smoothly (and that I made it safely from the airport to the hotel). His customer service really made a stressful day so much easier. Overall, I had a great stay here and I would definitely return!

Raina muito simpática e prestativa, nos atendeu muito bem. As funcionárias do café da manhã e limpeza são muito queridas. O café da manhã é incluso e com bastante opções. Destaque para a máquina de panquecas. O estacionamento é gratuito e a localização perto do aeroporto te proporciona uma vista extraordinária e é ótimo pois não fica muito longe das atrações turísticas. Bom custo/ benefício. Com certeza voltaríamos!

Kelvin even helped get me checked in early, which was so kind and much needed, especially after a long night and a super early flight. The airport shuttle was also very helpful and everything went smoothly. :)

We were greeted by Darvin the nighttime manager, and he made our check in easier than turning the key to our house door. Then we were having trouble booking a flight out and Kelvin turned a time of chaos into a slight sigh of relief.. Much thanks to those 2 gentlemen! The breakfast was also a great touch... staff kept the pots filled and the counters ready for the next person to sit and enjoy a decent start of the day..

But this particular stay has been longer than expected and I have gotten to really experience the level of service and care that is being provided. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in (and I am a world traveler and have had my share of hotels). The level of service that has been provided to me has been nothing short of excellent. Soufaine (The front office manager) and Kelvin (one of the front desk attendants) in particular have made my experience staying here a true joy. They have both been so gracious and have offered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The cleaning staff has been superb as well. Lastly the breakfast. I usually skip out on most other locations because the quality is usually bad. Not here. It's of the best quality and well prepared breakfast I've ever had from a Holiday Inn. I'm not sure if Holiday Inn awards certain locations awards bit this one certainly deserves one. It's truly a gem.
