I flew in early for a football game at Sofi Stadium. The pros for this hotel for sports fans is wildly enticing. The shuttle to and from the airport was plentiful and speedy. I checked in 3 hrs before my check in time. Nairoze at the front desk was amazingly hospitable. Nairoze was knowledgeable and kind, told me about the concierge, which helped me book a shuttle for Sofi hours before the game. My room was spacious, and I didn’t notice the noise level of the airport that was a mile away. The 24hr bistro/cafe was a real life savor. I Uber Eats a local Thai restaurant and the driver found me in perfect time (delicious!! Great price!!). I elected to stay for a late check out which was so convenient due to my late flight. One wish: either have bottled waters in the room or stock the bistro/cafe with bigger bottles of beverages. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will keep the Hilton LAX on my short list for West Coast travel

Without hesitation I give this hotel 5 stars! From the shuttle driver to the front desk registration to the room, everything was smooth and comfortable. After a 5 hour flight to LAX on Monday, Jan 5th, my travel companion and I were able to catch a free shuttle service - 10 minutes to the Hilton LAX. The driver, whose name I do not know, was extremely helpful with our bags - 2 large suitcases, 1 carry-on size suitcase, 2 backpacks, 1 dog travel crate.
At check in, Kirsten, an absolute gem, welcomed us warmly. I cannot say enough about her professional acumen - she was genuine in her greeting and took the time to find us the "best" room for access to the "garden" relief area because we were traveling with our dog.
The room itself was well appointed and quiet. The bed - extremely comfortable - had down pillows. The bathroom was clean and had all the needed toiletries.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Ahorren tiempo, dinero y malos momentos, y busquen otra opción.

I had a very disappointing stay at the Hilton near Los Angeles International Airport.
During my shower, there was no hot water at all, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. On top of that, one of the elevators was out of order, causing long waits and inconvenience.
This was not my first bad experience here. On a previous stay, I encountered cockroaches in the room, which was extremely disturbing. There was also ongoing room renovation, and the construction noise made it difficult to rest.
Overall, these repeated issues show a lack of proper maintenance and quality control. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Stayed here twice. First time everything was OK except the parking garage was overfilled. People were illegally parked at the ends of the aisles, against the walls, everywhere that people thought they could get away with it. Had to circle for quite some time before finally finding a spot. Later that night there was ample parking, looks like there was some party or event going on in the daytime. Parking spots need to be guaranteed for hotel guests. Day visitors should park next door at the parking garage. Room was fine.
Second time staying, tried to check in online but failed. It kept saying could not verify payment, even though I tried different cards across 2 days. After checking into the room, found the heater broken and it was blowing super cold air conditioned air only. Maintenance came to fix it, but he could only get it to blow a kind of lukewarm air and it I was about to call again but it did heat the room after 3 hours, not to my satisfaction, but just enough that I could deal with it. A cheap noisy hotel heater in the outside wall would have been better. Weather was bad so just got some takeout at the deli-like place downstairs, just a few small things for $39 was pretty unreasonable. Shuttle driver from the airport was great, shuttle driver to the airport in the morning was also great, he avoided most of the traffic mess by taking us to the arrivals level. Room otherwise was fine, reasonable quiet despite being so close to the runways. Did not have a car this time. Unsure if I would stay here again. Now I see why this hotel is a little cheaper than nearby ones.
