I had an issue with the online booking. I was confused about what happened somewhat upset. Paola O., was kind, professional and put me at ease. Great service! In the end, the ‘mistake’ was the best thing that could have happened . I had a great stay at this beautiful Hilton LAX, from check in, check out, to my shuttle driver. Thank you all!

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Hilton LAX.
My friend and I stayed at the hotel and overall enjoyed our stay, but everything was completely ruined at the very end because of the shuttle driver.
We do not speak English, and when we approached the shuttle bus at around 7:10 AM on February 27, the driver started asking us questions we did not understand. Instead of trying to help or show basic patience, he became visibly irritated. He was pointing at the road while speaking to us, and it seemed like he was upset that we approached the shuttle from the side of the road rather than the main hotel entrance. We were simply picking up my suitcase that my friend had dropped off there.
The driver then physically blocked the bus doors and refused to let us board. He was rude and dismissive, and we felt embarrassed and humiliated because we could not understand what he was saying.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the airport shuttle service. Because of his behavior, we were forced to take a taxi and spend extra money unnecessarily.
It is unacceptable to treat guests this way, especially when they are clearly struggling with the language. A little patience and professionalism would have prevented this entire situation.
Very disappointed that what started as a pleasant stay ended in such an upsetting and humiliating experience.

I had a short trip to LA so I decided to stay by the airport. I've had positive experiences at Hilton hotels across the U.S. so I thought little about this decision. I arrived early but to check in early they were going to charge me $40 for 2 hours. I decided to go to the beach instead. When I go to the room it was very hot despite the AC being set much lower than the room was (74 in the room, set as low as I could make it). This eventually got cool enough around 10pm. The room was fine, the bathroom was very tiny and heavily used. The faucets were flimsy and there was some rust here and there. I had to leave the room shortly after arriving and only returned around 11pm. I went to take a shower after a long day of traveling and working and the shower water wouldn't turn on. I pulled, twisted and nothing came out. I recorded a video to show the staff. Since I only had a few hours before my flight I decided to make do without it. Upon leaving the hotel I voiced my issues to the front desk around 4am and she said that I was likely not turning it the right way. I am handy and have installed multiple faucets . There was no water coming out, period. I showed the video to her and she assured me someone would take a look and if there was an issue they would compensate me. Sure enough, they did not reach out or reimburse me. I called to talk to someone but was on hold and passed around with no resolution. I couldn't even get a receipt for travel reimbursement. Do not stay here. It is a poorly run hotel.

The first time we have stayed in a hotel and Not complained about the bed. The valet is busy but timely, the service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and cordial,
The 4 stars on service is because the restaurant /bar did not make my wife's burger well done as we asked and took over 20 minutes to bring another one she did not end up eating there because it took so long, and I was done eating before they brought her second burger.

We were very tired because the flight was delayed and it took us a while to pick up the shuttle and get to the Hotel lobby. There was a long line. And we had managed to find a card for all of our luggage. The Bellman, Mr. Patel, noticed that we had a lot of luggage and offered to help us and was kind enough to bring all of our luggage up into the room and unload it for us. We are old I would have had a lot of trouble even pushing the cart over the carpet. We were thrilled that at that time of the night somebody noticed our need and took action.
