As a multi hotel owner myself, this hotel does not meet any of the Hilton standard criteria. Bathtub has mold around the edges, the exhaust fan does not work to vent out steam. Furniture is chipped and broken in many places. Walls are thin that you hear what's going on in the adjoining room. With the place being close to the airport you would need more noice cancelling walls but I guess that wasn't thought through. The beds are not to the standards of Hilton, you can feel the springs in your back. Only positive I can say is that it had hot water.

First sin: parking is 71$ with tax, and nearest other parking lot is 30$ overnight (they charge by calendar day, not hours). Second sin: everything sold in the hotel is more expensive than it would be in the LaX airport. I thought I was being frugal getting two waters and five bananas, turns out the total was 40$ (3$ per fruit, 8 per water bottle, plus tax and fees) Third sin: they do not provide dental kits or water bottles Don’t come here for the cheap rates, you’ll end up paying 3x the rate in fees. The service people were great tho, no fault to them. It’s the hotel prices that are unacceptable Edit: I have seen the hotel response and i just have to say I have stayed at the hilton in Urumqi that had 10x better hard and soft products, and the prices were reasonable. Looks like America or LA in particular is worse than what Americans would consider third world countries. I shouldn’t have to have a loyalty program just to have water bottles in the room

I’m a Google-verified reviewer, and I only share honest experiences to help other travelers make informed decisions. Unfortunately, my stay at Hilton Los Angeles Airport was not the standard I expect from the Hilton brand. Arrival & Check-In Experience (12:00 AM, Nov 12) After traveling over 15 hours, I arrived past midnight exhausted. From the moment I pulled in, things were disorganized: • No valet or staff outside for 3–4 minutes — I had to honk to get someone’s attention. • Inside the lobby, I stepped on a spilled hot sauce packet, which could easily cause someone to slip. I had to notify staff to clean it. • No one was at the front desk to greet or direct guests; I had to look around to find where check-in even was. When I finally checked in, I waited in a long line, went to my room, and discovered my key didn’t work, forcing me to go all the way back down and wait again. Room Cleanliness Issues This was the most disappointing part of my stay. When I entered my room for the first time: • The toilet already had human waste in it. • There was visible mold in the bathtub (I recorded a video). After traveling all day, no guest should walk into a room in that condition. The front desk apologized and gave me an upgraded room — but that was a recovery action, not a perk. Parking Miscommunication & Error Before going to my room, I was told my parking would be complimentary. I even followed up by text and received confirmation again. Despite this, when I checked out, I was still charged $74 for parking. It felt like they assumed I wouldn’t notice. I had to point it out myself at checkout before it was removed. Accuracy and integrity matter, especially at a major airport hotel. Inconsistent Service & Communication Everyone I spoke with individually was polite, but the communication between staff members was all over the place: • Promises were made but not honored. • I had to repeat the same story and details multiple times. • Simple issues required unnecessary back-and-forth and long waits. • I had to ask repeatedly for things that should have been handled upfront. After everything that happened — cleanliness issues, safety concerns, and miscommunication — only one night of parking was waived, even though the issues clearly affected the entire stay. Overall Impression I value cleanliness, honesty, and professional service, especially after a long day of travel. My stay here did not reflect the level of care or consistency that Hilton is known for. The staff were polite, but the overall experience felt like I was constantly correcting errors instead of relaxing. I hope management uses this feedback to improve: • Cleaning standards • Staff communication • Accuracy of guest charges • The arrival experience for tired travelers A hotel stay should not feel like a negotiation, especially at this price point and with the Hilton name attached.

Where does one begin- we ended up cutting our stay short due to how disgusting the rooms were. DESPITE being Hilton honors members, we had to ask for complimentary water. There was mold on the ceilings, the furniture is SEVERELY dated, the carpet was nasty, the walls were thin and hence you could hear everything throughout the floor. The pillow were INSANELY UNCOMFORTABLE. To top it all off, the SHOWER did not work. We initially planned to stay for six days. We cut it short the next morning after we landed the previous late evening. What an extremely jarring and contrasting experience, considering we stayed the days before at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX, an experience far more on par with the Hilton brand than this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AT ALL. SHAME on Hilton for offering this hotel to anyone.

The shuttle was quick at the airport. We had just missed it walking to the area and it came much sooner than expected. The shuttle driver was very nice and helped with our bags. However, our stay was a nightmare and I've never had this experience at a Hilton before. I have the honor app so I checked in about 8AM their time for my stay that night stating we would be arriving around 7PM. Since we just missed the shuttle we were more in the area of 730PM and then a line at the front desk which took a bit. We got told they were very behind on their cleaning and had no king rooms available at the time. They could place us into a double or we could wait for the next king room which was maybe 15 minutes. I was slightly annoyed since check in is suppose to be ready anytime after 4, I did say I was coming at 7PM and 15min was not too long. However, we quickly found out we also were likely not getting the runway view we booked. I was devastated as it was the main reason I chose this Hilton (as there are other Hitlons slightly further away from the airport for less money a night). It wasn't until I voiced the concern about how check in is suppose to be available after 4, it was well after 4 and you are downgrading our room that $40 voucher was offered to us. There was a long line behind us, I had been on planes for 8 hours, so I thought, at least we can have breakfast covered so I accepted the vouchers. Turns out, breakfast is $38/person. So we didn't have enoguh to cover breakfast for my husband and I. I went to my honors app to reach out and explain the situation. It felt like too little for what we had to change. I took a screen shot of the person saying they would put a note in my file to receive more vouchers (as I explained I had received $40) to cover breakfast for my husband and I. It still felt like a small win, but I took it. The next morning we approach the front desk and explain we were told a note was left to give us vouchers for breakfast. The woman starts writing the vouchers, asks us if we already accepted vouchers, to which we say, yes, $40. She then says she can't give us $60 in vouchers (which was the amount noted on the file) and that they can't cover our entire breakfast. We say thats not what we were told and she held firm she wouldn't cover our breakfast. She got her manager and explained to the manager that we were suppose to receive $60 and only got $40. Which also wasn't the issue. I tried to explain what the actual issues were, he seemed very unpleasant and annoyed to be dealing with us. He acted like the only inconvenience from the hotel was our downgrade from the runway view which he said was "$20" he could refund, or he could give us breakfast vouchers. Which is literally all we asked for to begin with. The room was sub par, their is construction dust and debris on the floors of the hallways. Breakfast buffet is VERY basic for what would have cost us $80. It was a nightmare. The staff at the breakfast area were very nice and attentive. I never wanted to feel like a Karen but here I am🤷‍♀️
