    After I long day of travel and ending up in LA tonight instead of Japan, I was set up for a night at this hotel and VERY tired. Kourtnee and Jose were extremely helpful and pleasant at check-in and our shuttle driver was the most hyper-aware and vibe shifting humans I’ve ever seen. After such a hectic day of travel mishaps, the employees at this hotel have turned my entire around and although unintentional, I’m happy to be here. Keep these amazing humans happy, they made the entire experience 👏 The rooms are also spacious, clean, and well thought out. 10/10

    Usual standards for Hilton Garden Inn. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, front esk staff helpful and polite. The free airport shuttle service from HGI to LAX was excellent! The cons: I suggest getting a rideshare or taxi to go to the hotel. It was busy, but I waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. After catching the shuttle, I understand why it took so long. Lots of traffic and it dropped off people at, I think, 3 or 4 other hotels.

    I will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel provides shuttle services to and from the airport. My family waited 1 hour to get picked up and the morning of check. The shuttle wasn't running. We had to call an Uber. The rooms are super small, we upgraded to a bigger room for more money which was not even worth it. 2 dead roaches were in the room under the ac unit. We asked for the room to be cleaned the next day they didn't come. They front desk lied and said the cleaner were gone for the day and they were short. As I walked back to the room Jose said they didn't have time to clean our room but he would give us sheets to make our own bed. Meanwhile the lady was still on our floor working on rooms. I complained to the front desk, the agent said to talk to the manager Gio. I have now called 5 times for Gio however, each time Francis stated he was not available. Horrible experience especially for this to be a Hilton Brand

    Do not expect hotel shuttle service. We waited almost 2 hours. I should have ubered immediately and not waited. Finally shuttle arrived and we were very rudely told it was aready full and complained we could wait another 2 hours. We luckily squeezed on and stood. The other 10 people were refused and told to wait for him to come back. I do not leave many reviews. They are either real good or real bad, because if they're average I won't bother. We will not stay here ever again. After waiting for the shuttle, we arrived at hotel at 9:20PM. I rushed to restaurant to order us food before they closed at 10:00. Nope. No food. Kitchen closed at 9:30, or 9:20 in our case. No food not shuttle. Don't waist you time. Very poorly run property.

    Had a worse than good experience at the hotel. Found bed bugs in the room. The girl at the front desk treated us like we brought them in. Not once did she apologized for the situation. All she said was email the photos to her and she verbally agreed they were bed bugs (there’s another coworker next to her). Management had never reached out. After switching rooms, I told her I forgot one bag in the room and she rolled her eyes, and said she’ll come back since she didn’t have a master key with her. She kept her promises and gave me access to the old rom to retrieve my bag but flung the door open in my face before I entered. I honestly didn’t care much about the bed bug situation since it’s an airport property so there’s plenty of travelers that could bring in these insects. What really ruined it for me was the service recovery which didn’t exist. Also, we stayed 4 nights without service done, trash taken out, or towel replaced .
