- PKPinar KoJan 3, 20264.0Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und vermittelt bereits beim Betreten der Lobby einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Auch der angenehme Duft im ganzen Haus trägt zu einem positiven ersten Eindruck bei. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe her absolut in Ordnung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das äußerst bequeme Bett – ich habe wirklich sehr gut geschlafen. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Praktisch ist, dass Shampoo, Lotion und Conditioner bereitgestellt werden. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler macht. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, da es im Nachhinein recht teuer wirkte. Daher kann ich dazu keine Bewertung abgeben. Positiv ist außerdem der vorhandene Fitnessbereich. Es gibt in der Nähe einen großen Supermarkt. Als nette Aufmerksamkeit erhält man beim Check-in zwei Flaschen Wasser, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Für Reisende mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Hotel gut angebunden. Vom Flughafen aus ist es relativ leicht zu erreichen – man muss lediglich zweimal umsteigen, und direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Von dort aus kommt man auch problemlos wieder zurück zum Flughafen. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Komfort und praktischer Lage.

- KLK LarssonDec 26, 20254.0Free coffee in the lobby in the morning but I was hoping to get an espresso to use the credit they give you with the daily room fee, but that turned out to not be an option unless I did a sit down. Very friendly other than that. The rooms we not huge but big enough and comfy. The bathroom is quite nice, especially for the price. Will stay again when I need to be in downtown LA for work.
- RCR CDec 22, 20252.0Rooms are ok, they’re clean and well maintained. Service is below average. I’ve worked at Hilton hotels, a Hilton gold member and the spirit definitely ain’t there. Bartenders were a little rude when I stopped by. This guy didn’t even know what I was at the bar for and yelled out we’re closed. Was there 5 minutes before close, I understand I don’t like that either, he spent 10 minutes fixing chairs, then yelled out “we’re closed” Like ok buddy you can just say it with a nicer tone sooner. Even some heard some guests asking him about his service. A few blocks from Skid Row and you can see a little of it stepping outside of the hotel. Valet service is good. Housekeeping is great. I regret not choosing my first choice when in dt LA, would not repeat my stay here.

After being one of 5 people assaulted in nearby Pershing Square park by a homeless guy with pepper spray and a knife, I told the front desk about it and that they should warn guests not to go there. The guys response was, "Yeah, that happens over there." I say warning because I learned about the park by overhearing a guest being given directions to the park by another employee. After calling 911, helping the EMT's with the other victims, and identifying the suspect after he was apprehended, I thought, "Hey. I wonder if the hotel knows about the danger." Apparently yes. And yeah, $35 for a sub-par breakfast that would be free anywhere else was a ripoff. And what's with the scented sheets? Not everyone wants to wake up smelling like a Guadalajaran laundromat.
