- YRYesim Rommel1 day ago3.0Valet parking is the only thing offered with $50/ day. However they are not readily available like they should be taking your car inside as you pull in hotel curb area. Occasionally you can’t even pull your car in front of the hotel because of other cars being parked on the curb. This is why they need to be at the curb waiting at all times and not assigned to do other tasks. Valet parking duty should be the only thing they are doing then. So I have to wait for the person who is assigned for valet parking until he was done with the other job! Very very frustrating! We are a diamond member as well, and leaving your car on the street is not a pleasant experience to be honest since it’s a busy business location. Valet parking service should be run without hassle and should be a pleasant experience. It’s not free and should be on time and pleasant! We also unloaded all our suitcases and carried them in our without anyone offering to get our luggage to our room. I had my 2 sons with me luckily but this wasn’t too welcoming at all carrying our own luggage up to the room. Apart from all of this, when we checked in front desk was very courteous. We were happy with that process.

Don't book here if your plans may change because they will screw you out of your money and not feel one bit sorry for it. ***Their response is lame. How can they not adjust a reservation when they have open rooms available the day I am trying to adjust? Also available rooms the day of my original reservation. Take my money but I don't plant on booking with you again unless you rectify the situation***

Nel mio caso, però, la valvola del rubinetto non chiudeva bene, quindi l’acqua della doccia usciva con il contagocce. Il solito problema del parcheggio auto: è disponibile solo il servizio di car valet, con un prezzo piuttosto alto — 55$ a notte — anche se nel mio caso ho sostato solo dalle 00:00 alle 06:00. La camera è un po’ datata, ma comunque ben tenuta. All’interno ci sono due desk per l’accettazione, un bar molto piccolo e un angolo self-service con qualche merendina. Purtroppo, nota negativa: chiude tutto alle 23:00.
