From start to finish, the staff truly made this stay special. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about their guests. The front desk staff was outstanding. Savrina checked us in and was very welcoming, thorough, and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and made sure my family and I were comfortable from the moment we arrived. Ray went above and beyond by offering me a fan when I asked and was present every morning, always greeting guests with a warm smile and such a positive, joyful spirit it truly set the tone for the day. Leslie was also amazing and very thoughtful. She recommended a Sleepy-time tea for me and it was perfect since I was having a hard time sleeping, which was such a small but meaningful touch and really helped me relax and sleep better at night. The kitchen staff Andres was wonderful as well. Breakfast was always fresh, hot, and well-stocked, and the area was kept very clean, which really matters to me. Even the valet staff was great friendly, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations for nearby places to eat. The room was comfortable, the bed slept great, the food was good, and overall the hotel was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am so glad I chose this hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
