My stay was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely unorganized — it took us about two hours to check in because their system was down, which set the tone for the rest of the visit.
Once we got to the room, the AC was not working, making it uncomfortable overnight. The next morning, breakfast was poorly managed. The waffle machine was out, the juice machine didn’t seem to be working, and there were no pitchers of water available. When we asked staff for help, they simply said they didn’t handle that area and didn’t offer solutions, so we had to go to the front desk just to find out where to get water.
Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory due to the lack of organization, broken amenities, and unhelpful service. I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Temporary housing placed me here after a plumbing emergency in my unit. Location is right near the heart of everything going on on Sunset and Hollywood; unfortunately that means some street noise (my room was on the top floor and faced Vine directly). One Friday night there was an extremely loud party next door but otherwise it was normal urban traffic. I live in the city, so I consider this neighborhood walkable (and there’s a lot of fast food and shopping nearby).
Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff all is - especially Paul at valet. Desk and breakfast crew were all lovely too.
My room was one of the recently renovated ones - it’s really nice. Bed is super comfortable. Only minor issue was that the hot water was sometimes slow to the shower. Oh, and I wish the mini fridge were larger in the studio (my stay was 14 days and I couldn’t keep much in there).
Breakfast was above average for a hotel breakfast. The waffles are great and hot coffee 24/7 in the lobby is a plus!
Just returned from a beach resort in Florida that is charging outrageous rates for a poorly constructed room & terrible service. I literally said “I got nicer linens and better service at the Hampton Inn.” I came back for 3 final nights before I can finally move back in. I would recommend this place to everyone.
This is a good location and for the price. A mile walk to Hollywood Blvd. The rooms are nice, standard hotel. The rooms have mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and small safe. The bathroom had plenty of towels and supplied shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion. The water pressure was the best. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. They have a free breakfast included. It was pretty basic but it was something. Waffle maker, oatmeal, fruits, eggs, bacon and potatoes. They have an area for snacks, water to purchase. They also have a coffee station as you walk in. They do have on site parking, sign said $45 a day. Within a blocks distance were fast food and convince store.

Renovated rooms are nice. We asked for the top floor (5th). Room was very quiet despite the renovations on the floor below us. At first AC was loud and thermostat didn’t work well. Also shower handle was loose. We told the front desk and when we came back that evening everything was fixed. Best shower I’ve had in a hotel. Great water pressure. Modern bathroom. Staff are helpful. Valet is easy. Bring cash to tip. Location can’t be beat. Central to everything. Hampton bed linens are great but the beds themselves are a little hard (my only complaint) - they could use newer mattresses. Breakfast is perfect. Waffle maker, eggs, etc. I mentioned one day that they used a little too much water in the oatmeal and the next day it was made correctly. This hotel aims to please and succeeds.
It was amazing, The staff were very friendly and they gave us free chips. one thing that is kind of sketchy is I was in a room and I heard a bang sound but still IDC. If ur the owner of this hotel please reply u did a great job.
