This place sucks. Under construction do not stay here! They did not disclose the construction when I booked the room. Construction started at 630 am. Staff would not change my room. Horrible!

Unfortunately, I forgot my jacket in the room. I followed up multiple times with the hotel and housekeeping but never received a response. When I called again a few days later, they said they couldn’t find it. Honestly, it didn’t feel very transparent. I’d suggest being extra careful with your belongings.

If i could give negative stars, I would. The front desk was rude and unhelpful from the start. Our AC never worked, and no one addressed it. On the third day, housekeeping finally serviced our room and my $688 custom dental mouth guard went missing. I received no help and even searched the dumpster myself, desperate to find it because I have severe Bruxism and cannot sleep without it. It took several attempts just to reach the GM, Edgar Rivera, who laughed, accused me of lying, and refused to reimburse me. Corporate offered no assistance and immediately closed the case when I tried to escalate it further. The lack of empathy, accountability, and professionalism from this property was unbelievable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites, located in Hollywood so we would not have to drive home after a performance. It is a tad pricey for for what you get, but all in all we were very happy with out room.
The place is clean inside and out and our room was super clean and comfortable. It had a nice view and the bed was perfect. We had everything we needed in the room. The bathroom is not huge, but it is very nice.
Our room was ready on time and the service from all of the staff was lovely. Check in and out was easy.
I did find the parking of 50$ to be high, but it was valet and they got our car right away.
The place is not new, but they keep it nicely maintained.
We wanted extra towels and had them in less than 10 minutes and this was late at night.
We would stay again.
