I was put here from Administrator used to coordinate out of state for surgery and recovery stay. I was here for Sun might check in and a week later Mon night check out. Parking was a garage charging $60.50/day on top of your hotel costs. I was originally put in a room that hadn't been cleaned. When I used the room phone to call reservation desk, they apologized and sent up new keys for a different room within 10 mins. No other issues to note.
Great location, but marginal hotel that is dirty. Lobby furniture is full of stains, elevators are disgusting. Definitely not a world class hotel, but a solid location for an overnight layover. Rooms were average for an airport hotel. Paid for a runway view but the windows were so dirty it was a waste of money... should be asking for a $20 refund.

I've stayed at hundreds of hotels around the the world and pretty much all of the ones around LAX for travel and I can safely say, this is NOT a 3 or 4 star hotel. In fact, it's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! Let's break it down:
- waited over 30 minutes for their shuttle bus at LAX. Bus was from the 1980s it seemed. Dirty, old, and crammed full of people as it seems it's the only one they have. LA public buses are luxurious by comparison!
- check in took 15 minutes because their "computers were slow". Workers didn't smile once.
- the hallways and elevators all had a distinct sewer-like smell, were hot and stuffy. Truly disgusting. My room had glasses and plates outside left by another or previous guest (?), that were still there in the morning!
- room was at least generally clean and the a/c works. However, the windows and insulation are paper thin and you will hear every single jet engine, car on the road, etc. The Hyatt down the street is whisper quiet in the rooms by comparison.
- the "breakfast" was a joke - plastic culterly, plastic plates, no fruit juice, rubbery food, dirty tables and chair. I tried the overnight oats and chia - truly disgusting.
Skip this hotel and go to the Hyatt! It's not perfect, but at least it has quiet rooms, is cleaner, doesn't smell, and has a quality breakfast bar!

I stayed here the night before a flight at LAX. First, the rooms themselves were really nice. I was shocked at how quiet it was given the proximity to the airport, the noise never once bothered me. The shuttle to the terminals were also really timely, though they really pack those buses full. The facilities themselves, I genuinely have no complaints about, though I didn't park at the hotel so I can't speak to that experience.
I was a little disappointed in the service in the lobby. I went to buy some medicine and a drink from the (OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED) convenience store in the lobby, and there was nobody around to help me pay for the items I wanted, and when I tried to ask for help the front desk staff was mostly dismissive. I decided to just doordash medicine and drinks to my room, which was the significantly cheaper option. Other times I spoke to staff they were nice, so I chalk it up to just an isolated incident.
Overall, solid hotel and pretty convenient if you need to catch a flight out of LA but have to rest your head somewhere beforehand!

We love the H Hotel in Century City. If you are on business in Century City or the Westside of LA, it is a great place to stay. There is a movie theater near by, a mall and it is close to Beverly Hills and more affordable than a hotel there.
The parking is for a very high fee, which does not please me, but most hotels in the area are the same price for parking.
The prices at the H are fair for the area and the rooms. The rooms are very nice, Always clean and everything you need is there. We always need more towels and all you have to do is ask and they will be right up. The hotel outside and inside is super pretty.
The beds are wonderful and we love the pool. We were only there 3 days, but we loved it. It is also quiet.
The staff is great and will make your dinner reservations and help you with whatever you need.
You will love this place. Have fun in LA.
