  If you want to be near LAX for a next day departure then this is a great pla e to be. Parking however is outrageously expensive, $60+ per day after taxes so it's best not to have a car here. I turned mine in at the car rental facility and walked back to the hotel. It's been awhile since I last stayed at an Embassy so I was surprised that the complimentary cocktails was limited to 1 per person for which the front desk gives you a ticket in order to get your drink. I dont know if this is just a local thing or simply a new policy by Hilton. The breakfast was okay. I always get an omelet with the works but they were kind of sloppily put together. I'd stay here again for the convenience but only if I'm leaving the next day.

  I am enjoying my stay at this hotel it has top of the line services everyone who works here from the front desk the omlet chefs and housekeeping and maintenance staff were all so welcoming and kind their performance and work effort is stellar I am here for a family / business reunion this past weekend and my first time in LA it’s been an amazing experience and I know my relatives and I all agree we will definitely stay at this amazing hotel for our annual reunions in the future and I hope to return for vacation and refer your amazing hotel to my family and friends this will be my go to place When I come back to LA for a vacation Thank you all for all so very much for all that you do Sincerely Donna Comeaux Baton Rouge Louisiana

  First of all, the decor needs a refresh. Everything looks old. The bathroom lighting is horrible. The doors slam shut so you get to hear that throughout the hotel. The whole HVAC system needs replaced. I had to switch rooms twice because of issues - a vent kept slamming closed intermittently in one room, & there was a weird loud motor noise in the bathroom of another. It sucks trying to get connected to the wifi. You'll get numerous "delay" messages while it can't connect. Alarms in vacant rooms don't get turned off for some reason, so you get woken up at 6 am by the alarm next door. Housekeeping is hit or miss. Usually miss. They won't do everything that is requested & can't properly restock items in the suites. They do have a shuttle, but the consistency is horrible. They need to hire more drivers. I'd wait at LAX & see multiple of other hotel shuttles drive by before seeing even one from Embassy Suites.

  The service was great, very attentive woman at front desk and even security woman was very helpfull. That was 5 star service but the shuttle is far too few. Long waits. Room and breakfast were fine, no complaints there. Very good shampoo and body soap products. Next time, will stay more nights there.
