    I booked a ticket from here and i needed help with some of my booking and i called representative and he was rude and didn’t help me out and i had to wait 30 minutes for the help then i called again and got a new person. Worst customer service and support ever. Very disappointing experience

    My parents booked a flight through this company. They never received the itinerary and so they reached out to have them resend it. It was resent but the company tried to charge a $70 fee for resending the email. My parents were never told about the fee prior to their request. Plus, $70 to resend an email is outrageous. They disputed the fee with the bank and were able to get it refunded by the bank.

    Cheap Fare Guru is a scam! They steal money from you. I booked a flight to Canada. There was a strike and Air Canada rescheduled my flight but CheapFare Guru billed my credit card for $50.00 for changing my flight. I DID NOT CHANGE MY FLIGHT! Air Canada changed it because they were on strike in August.

    I called to figure out whether we had paid for a checked bag for a return flight because the email seemed to indicate that we did and I was yelled at by a customer service representative apparently named Jenny (she said her extension was 110). I wasn’t even mad about having to pay, I was simply asking and she was immediately condescending and rude. “Do you REALLY think a checked bag for departure AND return would only be $48.90?!?” It was incredible how rude she was. If you purchase anything through this company, I pray that you don’t have any questions or apparently you just get yelled at.
