  DO NOT USE THEM!! My mom just called to tell me the flight she booked had a change in schedule, which made her layover go from 2 hours to 5 hours long and not arriving to Denver until midnight. She approved the change but there was no mention of a $50 fee that they charged her. Mind you she did not ask for the change. I am telling her to cancel the flight and will tell whoever will listen to stay away from this company.

  Most of these bad reviews are complaints about fees and restrictions. Are people stupid? Every single travel website, airline, hotel, etc., has terms and conditions. Do yourself a favor and READ them instead of complaining about issues related to your purchase that you should have known. Again, all of the travel providers have them. I've used CheapFareGuru now four times and rate them with 5-stars as they were considerably cheaper for the flights I wanted. Don't be frightened off by the 1-star reviews by people who didn't bother to read about or purchase the seats/bags/refunds they needed - and then came back to complain.

  This is a scam company. Please read the reviews. I made the mistake of booking a flight and when I tried to cancel, they took a very generous cancellation fee which I am disputing with my credit card company. Spread the word. In response to the owner: You lie. 25 dollars per reservation adds up to 75 dollars and you are attempting to take over 180.

  Be aware of their scam! I cancelled a reservation within 1 hour of booking and they did not disclose that I would be charged $75 cancellation fee. This is not honest as this should have been stated at the time of cancellation over the phone with their customer service. I then contacted their customer service telling them about the fact that was not disclosed and they would not do anything about the refund. A big scam in my opinion.

  I been buying tickets from 2022 almost every year but the end of 2025 I planned to go out of country so I bought 4 tickets for all of us as family from Dallas to Dubai I travelled on December 16 / 2025 and came back on January 2/2026 the airline ( fin air) asked me to pay for all my bags l kept calling answering the the guy from the agency told you bought tickets online and you checked for no bag free I asked how I didn’t pay when I travelled out he said because you are our customer we give free check in bags First he said you bought online then he said we gave Also I have e ticket said that I have one free bag on travel out and travel back The guy on the phone when I bought said you need to check this box to confirm First I am going to BBB against them and after that I will asked my lawyer about email I have if something different between e ticket and confirmation that will be theft issue and I will go to court
