  My stay at the Cameo Beverly Hills was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt elevated and thoughtfully curated. We were generously upgraded to a suite, which was both unexpected and greatly appreciated. The suite itself was beautiful—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with a modern yet warm aesthetic that makes it feel both luxurious and welcoming. I especially loved the Byredo bath amenities, which were a wonderful touch and added to the overall upscale experience. The on-site restaurant was also fantastic. The food and cocktails were delicious, and everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. It made dining at the hotel just as enjoyable as exploring the surrounding area. What truly made this stay stand out, however, was the staff. The level of service was top tier from start to finish. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make sure we had a great experience. I would especially like to recognize Rain and Edugie at the front desk, who were absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything about our stay was perfect. Overall, this was an outstanding stay, and I would absolutely return the next time I’m in Beverly Hills.

  The girl at reception Chelsea is very rude and she has no patience. I was really in shock when I was speaking to her she has no manners and she definitely doesn’t belong to a 5 stars hotel . Trash

  I love how private and low key it is. I love the beds in the kind balcony suite. The hallways are clean. But the elevators are really slow.

  This stay completely surprised me in the best way. I booked the Cameo hoping for a nice place in a great location, but what I experienced felt much more special than I expected. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed. Being greeted with a glass of champagne set the tone right away and made check in feel celebratory and memorable. The property itself is beautiful. The recent renovations are obvious in the best way. Everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed without trying too hard. The artwork throughout the hotel adds character and the overall aesthetic feels refined but comfortable. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I have slept in, and the bathroom felt bright and pristine. I also noticed little things that made a difference, like how great the shower pressure was and how good the hotel smelled throughout the stay. It made the space feel calm and well cared for. We spent an evening at the restaurant and were really impressed. The food was flavorful and well prepared, and the drinks were balanced and beautifully presented. It felt like the kind of place you could go even if you were not staying at the hotel. What really stayed with me, though, was the staff. Every person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing felt forced or overly formal, just natural and thoughtful service. I have stayed in quite a few places around Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, and this one felt different in a really good way. It has the feel of a place people will be talking about more and more. I would absolutely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay with great food and service.

  I visited this hotel today and was impressed by the staff who were attentive, caring and very nice. Not to mention the beauty of this hotel, the decoration and the furniture is exquisite. The bar and lounge area are so nice and comfy. I asked concierge to show me the ballroom which had a panoramic view of the city and a beautiful place for events. I am just impressed by this hotel and hope to go there again.
