    Checking was fine and speedy, however sitting and watching cockroaches crawling on the bed side table, crawling across cabinet below the TV and in the bathroom. Around 2:45 am we heard loud banging on the door next room to yelling then police cars and police helicopter arrive. Did not feel safe We will not stay here again

    Photos are misleading . Rooms are dirty with bed bugs . Underground parking is very tight and tight turns could damage your car . Staff is not cooperative at all . I will not visit again and will not recommend .

    I checked in with property at 9:00 pm and the property was in such a bad condition to spend a night there. I called booking.com and the operator asked to check with the property and told us that she will call back after checking with the property to cancel the booking. We checked out within half an hours at 9:30 from the property. In the middle of night we found no help either from the property or Booking.com wondering here and there on the roads with two young kids. The property was in awful condition, as we entered the room myself and my daughter started having itchy and we got rashes, the beds were dirty for which we asked them to change the sheets and they gave us sheets to change by ourselves. The parking lot and the entrance was so tight and in worse conditions that we almost hit our car and it took us half an hour to get out of the driveway by going reverse only. The property was lacking safety due safety hazards in parking both front and rear as well as hygiene. The room were stinky , humid and mouldy. We were not even able to breathe in there . The toilet was just fixed there for its mere existence which was hard to use. The area around the property was not safe and good area for walking and hanging around . I would advise people should avoid this property as there conditions and pictures don’t match the description online. It was a hell to spoil your holiday . It would have been better to travel 15-30 minutes and would have get a good property.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Heartfelt Stay — Felt Like Visiting Family We (Mr. & Mrs. Ryan) just returned from a stay at the Best Western Royal Palace Inn, and we are still smiling. From the moment we walked into the lobby, it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home — cozy, festive, and full of heart. The Christmas decorations felt like coming home — not overdone, but deeply loved. You could tell they’ve been part of this space for years. It felt nostalgic and magical all at once. Fred at the front desk is an absolute treasure — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. He made us feel completely taken care of, and set the tone for a truly lovely stay. And then there were the little touches that made a big impression: Our bathroom had two rolls of toilet paper — one had a paper folded into a tiny gift fan, and the other had the first couple of papers folded into a Christmas tree. We’ve never seen anything like it. It was such a thoughtful and delightful surprise. Whoever on staff did that deserves their own five stars! seriously! They even decorated the paper tree! At breakfast, we met Jasper, a 14-year-old Chihuahua rescue, and Coco, the most affectionate Shar-pei you’ll ever meet. Meeting them was the highlight of our morning — you never know who you'll connect with in a place like this. Kunal, the manager, is clearly doing something right. The staff seemed happy and well cared for, and it shows in the way they care for guests. We can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a stay that’s more than just a place to sleep — one that feels warm, personal, and full of unexpected joy — this is it.
