  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I especially want to thank John for their outstanding customer service. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of.

  For a budget hotel, we were not disappointed. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & the bed was very comfortable. Large new TVs with every channel you could want. The rooms could use other upgrades like new carpets & showers but for our quick 3 night stay it was perfect.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Best Western Royal Palace Inn & Suites! From the moment we checked in, the staff made our family feel right at home. The suites are incredibly spacious, which is a lifesaver when traveling with kids—everyone had plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the complimentary breakfast had something for everyone (even my picky eaters!). It’s also in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around to local attractions. We really appreciated the friendly service and the overall welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here again on our next family trip!

  Below Best Western Standards!!! To start I had to switch rooms before unpacking as the sofa bed had silver fish (bugs) running around when unfolding. Second room be prepared to leave the door open in the bathroom when using the sink or else you won't fit. Walls thin enough to hear the TV and conversation in rooms next door. You get charged for parking that is a hazard. Carport offers about 1ft clearance from thre top of a standard SUV to ceiling. Driveway into carport is a one way entrance/ exit slope again 1ft clearance on each side, with a sharp turn at the bottom . Over all " BELOW BEST WESTERN STANDARDS!!!

  El hotel tiene lo básico y necesario para una estancia tranquila , no tuvimos problema con descansar ni con el baño (aunque si es más pequeño de lo normal) . El primer día el desayuno no estuvo a las 6:30 por lo que tuvimos que comer fuera , el segundo día todo bien con el desayuno y el café muy rico :) 10/10. La zona parece segura , aunque debo compartir mi experiencia de terror por la noche … tipo 9-9:30 venía de regreso de hacer un poco de Shopping en una tienda cercana (a 3 calles) ya que justo en la esquina del hotel un hombre empezó a perseguirme después de que me dijo algo que no entendí bien … afortunadamente alcancé a correr y el lobby estaba abierto ( desde el lobby pude ver que el hombre que me seguía me estaba buscando y no vio que me metí al hotel). Ignoro si fue coincidencia o suele haber ese tipo de personas por allí.
