- PKPhil KwongNov 15, 20251.0I would strongly recommend not staying here while the renovation is ongoing. Like others have said, it is basically a construction site. I get that they have a business to run, but this is not a small renovation, it is a full scale overhaul and I’m surprised they are allowed to keep operating. It felt unsafe for guests - exposed roof, power tools, dust, restricted lift access, partial flooring in common areas. We didn’t feel comfortable opening our blinds because construction workers were directly outside our window from 7:30am. We pre-booked (and paid) several months ago. There was no proactive communication from the hotel that there would be construction until we checked-in. At a minimum, they should be offering a discount or making it even more explicit about how disruptive the ongoing construction will be.
- KSKrista SchlueterNov 14, 20251.0Worst experience I ever had in a hotel. I stay here often, and for them to not let guests know that there would be construction is beyond me. I got yelled at by a construction worker for trying to get to my room, I’ve had to dodge ladders all week, rubble, dust, and tools. One worker was waving around a hammer in the air while I had to walk under his ladder. Really not safe AT ALL. It’s a COMPLETE construction site. The hotel should be closed. The rates are the same as they usually are. Lastly, I work nights, which means I need to sleep during the day. Not one hour of sleep as the construction was SO LOUD all day. Started at 8am and they would leave their mess around my room and pile stuff up on my windowsill. Rubble everywhere. So unprofessional and this hotel acts like the guests are the burden during this time. Such a shame and I am genuinely shocked. Never again.

The photos look so beautiful but when we arrived the pool area was closed which was the highlight of the hotel, and we were put in a room on the 1st floor which had 0 natural sunlight, a cement wall for a view which felt like a dungeon. We complained and asked to move rooms upon check in and they didn’t sympathize or accommodate. Oh and to top it off, a homeless man attacked me and spat in my face right outside the hotel. It was honestly terrifying. Staff were kind but rooms and facilities were false advertising and waste of money.

Wunderschöner Poolbereich mit viel Grün. Alles blühte traumhaft mit Bougainvillea. Die Zimmer waren okay, zwei große Betten, Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Alles war sauber. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse okay. Einziger Nachteil.:Ausblick war auf eine Mauer. Es gibt sicher bessere Zimmer mit Pool Blick. Wir würden diese Hotel wieder wählen
